I’m giving 1 star because I do not have an option to give none. Let me start by saying Freddy’s has had a food truck on my property 2x and it was my first time to try this place. It was an amazing burger both times. I bragged about how good the burger was to my mother. Last Saturday May 9th I ordered through DoorDash, excited to have my mom try it. We get our food and it was AWFUL, I do not know what you want to call what we received but it wasn’t a burger. Imagine my surprise and disappointment since I bragged and all the hype. I called to complain and wanted my money back I think I spoke to an assistant manager on duty, he was nice but didn’t know what to do or how to handle. Apparently he called the store manager. Anyway he called me back and said could come to the store and they give me 2 orders. I didn’t want to get out of the house hence why I ordered from DoorDash in the first place. Then he offered to mail me some gift cards, took my address and said he was mailing that day. It’s a week later and still nothing.

I understand the circumstances we live in today but customer service should still be your number one priority. The burgers sent to us was SO AWFUL, I was completely shocked how bad the burger looked it made McDonald's burger look like a filet Mignon. So disappointed ☹️

My wife and I were so excited to try Freddy's as we'd never been there. We even looked up the menu last week, and today decided to treat ourselves. The service was unfortunately a complete mess, and maybe it was partially because of the poor in-store/app communication.

We checked in as the app told us to, and then waited for 15 minutes. Finally we saw at a worker outside, she said she would let the people inside know we would like our order brought out to us, since there is a pandemic happening and we'd rather not be inside a dinning room with mask less people.

Then we waited for another 15 minutes. We went inside and the bag of food had just been sitting on a table. The order was missing our concrete and sundae. They said they would bring it out when that was ready.

When they finally brought our food I asked how long our food had been sitting in there and the girl just responded that she'd check and remake it. We waited again and when they finally brought it out we were missing both fry orders, cheese sides, and the sundae.

We had to go back in again to get the rest of our order. Then once we finally got home starving and ready to eat, one of the burgers was made completely wrong.
