Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Texas

Worst experience I've had at a freddys ever. Walking in the first thing my friends and I noticed was how all the trash cans were full and how dirty everything was. But we were then greeted by a very unwelcoming cashier who had a bad demeanor from the get go. So my friend ordered what he wanted forgot to mention to her that him and I were ordering together so she closed his order on the register. When we politely told her that we were on the same ticket she became even more visibly irritated. I then ordered what I wanted and asked for what i normally get which is a #2 with spicy freddy sauce added to it which i feel like is a pretty normal thing to order. But she replied with "Wait you want it on the burger?" And when i said yes she said "I guess I can" as if I had 3 heads. My friend then said "Youre being very nice" and she replied back to him "Well do you want me to be rude because i can be?" And he responded back "Well you are." After that I think she realized the situation and the situation defused. What was also odd that I want to add is that fact that the manager was right next to her on his phone and never said a word. That was honestly the worst of it and the food was pretty good. But when we asked for freddys sauce for some reason we couldnt get it from the guy that was handing out alll of the orders and right next to some freddys saice and we were directed to get it from the front. Didnt make sense because there was noone at the front and all the workers were standing around because it was only my friends and I and another couple in the building...

First of all the cashier Natalie Palomo , bad attitude to be at the drive thru, 2nd I order a signature turtle and when she handed too me I asked please if she can add the caramel on top (which normally come with it) and of course she gave me the bad attitude with her actions pouring the all bottle of caramel into my ice cream but when I realized what she or the other employee did it was too late to go back ..3rd I also ordered a fish sandwich and they didn’t put the sauce or at least it doesn’t look like the picture, they just threw the sandwich in the box all messed up.. unfortunately this is not the first time that I got an attitude of an employee, but the first time I didn’t say anything to the manager or either here , that’s the reason am doing it now. Visited here for the first time yesterday. Freddy's prides itself on nostalgia. Someone should let them know that it's not the 40's anymore, the burgers are small!!!! With that said I do have to say that they have a great flavor. I just could have ate 3 easily. I also would like to mention that I sat and watched the team at Freddy's do a great job getting orders out. I believe the best way to describe what I saw was a Nascar pit crew as they scrambled very efficiently making orders together. I didn't see anyone wait for more than 5 minutes or so and they were getting pretty busy. The cheese curds were amazing as well as my Custard. I read someone mentioned a veteran discount. Not sure how it works but I wish I would have known I would have taken advantage. Great food, service, and taking care of veterans is another reason I will be...
