Colors Nails & Spa — Local services in Cypress

If you want to be bossed around and not get what you ask for then go ahead. I have been here twice the first time I let the bossiness slide bc I loved the color selection, However she filed them a different way and refused to file them in the shape I wanted. Now I came again yesterday and this is while I'll never return here. I asked Michelle to put another coat of the powder glitter and she said they were finished so I let it go I try to refrain from confrontation but then my nail was uneven and she told me my finger was uneven and asked me where to file it to make it look right well I didn't go to school for nails so I left it alone. Then I leave the nail shop go home and pick up a glass cup and my nail broke. So today I go back to get it fixed and ask for another coat of the glitter powder so the man fixed my right hand that I broke me nail on and he put another coat after we argued about it then he refused to give me a second coat on my left hand. So now the powder is uneven you can see threw my left hand and not my right. I wanted to make a formal complaint against them so I started to get their info by then all the nail ppl are arguing with me and one of them was recoding me on her phone. I was fully willing to pay extra money is no problem but their attitudes where one lady told me I couldn't pay her enough to talk to them the way I was. okay so i’ve never had a bad experience in this nail salon and i am completely satisfied with what Thao the nail technician did with my ombré nails but if ur looking for a no distractions type of experience this may not be the salon for you because the nail techs here will do your nails then stop to go serve another costumer then come back basically a back and forth procedure but it’s not a thing that will for sure happen to you just wanted to point out that...the back and forth procedure only lasts a few seconds but like i said if ur strict on no distractions this is probably not the place. Anyways Thao did nicely fix the errors that she did with my nails no attitude no nothing i don’t understand why people leave this bad reviews but i guess everyone has a different experience. Complete BULLSHIT. I've been giving them my support for over a year, even brought in additional clientele. I've been disrespected repeatedly. I called for a service, which was accepted, then got there asks was told to go else where for asking a question about nails, (whether I need a refill or fullset, since it's been a month. But my nails were done beautifully from a different location) IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. Lisa was an older disrespectful individual. I ask to speak to Talho, Lisa lied amid said he left, he came walking in from the back in the phone. Lying said he had a customer, when we spoke on the phone, prior to my arrival. I'll NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS, My neighborson's told me the same thing, but I still gave them a try. Not anymore. Even after Talho told me to come the following day. No thank you. I found something a Much better location. The individuals who work at colors nails wouldn't be allow to apply at the location I now give my support to. I can't wait to take my mother and neighbors.
