‼️🛑‼️ I came and got a pedi back in July. I was removing shellac (which requires a drill file). The lady who did it was horrible and filed so deep into my toe nails that it left horrible indentions. So much so the polish once applied was not smooth and I came back the NEXT day to have it reapplied (not fully understanding the amount of damage). During this visit is when the new tech ADMITTED that the previous tech had over- filed them. Once my toenails started to grow out... omg they were splitting and the polish never looked smooth. Like a fool, I come back thinking I could request that they fix the ONE big toe that was severely damaged..you think they (the manager) agreed? Nope. Told me no and walked away! And they remembered me. Know me by NAME. Welp I've been a regular UNTIL today. I DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️‼️ This new Management has Proven THEY DONT CARE.
Update: Sir or ma'am under my comment clearly you don't have your facts straight. Me coming in for a refill had nothing to do w/ the damage HOLLY did to my toe nail. Damage that has to GROW out or be REPAIRED. For the record, I NEVER do acrylic on my toe nails. But this was a special case. As I stated, I did come back to have the polish RE applied only to really see that the cause was damage to the actual toe nail. If you cared you would've tried to rectify this when I was there yesterday! But instead thr wife cut me off and walked away! Ask Lillian! Holly Your worker did this! period. And please don't try it because I could write another paragraph on how I've experienced other nasty, unprofessional behavior. Read moreFirst let me say, I don’t normally do this but if I can prevent someone else from this experience it is worth it. The day before my appt, I called and asked for pricing on all services as I was treating a friend as well. Between the two of us, we were both getting 2 prestigious pedicure, a full set and a manicure. Now we were both getting the same nail polish color and art design. During my service, the nail tech (Nicki)cut my cuticles not once but twice breaking the skin. She was having to read the pedicure descriptions as she worked to see what she needed to do, which was all out of order. She then put the oil on my legs used hot stones and put the paraffin on my feet all before the mask. Which by the way, the paraffin wax never solidified before she removed it off my feet. At which time, she then put the mask and hot towels on my feet wiping all lotion/oil away. Not sure that was very beneficial. When I got home, I noticed that she didn’t even touch the dead skin on the toes( I know gross, but I get pedicures every 3 weeks). Upon check out, a couple of checks from different techs were different prices for the same art design. When I asked if the prices were based off of the tech, the front desk assistant said no and walked over to someone else and adjusted all tickets to the higher amount out of the checks. The price given yesterday was the price on all tickets but one and the full set was another amount. Don’t think I will be returning as they charge what they want, not what is printed. Read moreVery poor customer service. I went to get my nails on Tuesday and by the next day my nail chipped. I was fine with it because it was not very noticeable but then another nail is starting to chip and there’s a crack on it. So I went today and she wanted me to wait, which would have been fine. But she said there was 2 customers in front of me. First of all, I already waited on Tuesday and paid and tipped her. Not to mention AC was not working (which they could have warned me or put up a sign, instead of me sitting there after 15 minutes in and im sweating) and I’m pregnant. It was 95 outside. I’m not going to wait AGAIN. It was my first time trying them and never again will I go back. The lady didn’t even talk to me or mention her name. Wasn’t wearing a name tag or anything. I called to speak to the manager and the girl in the front was like let me check if she is here. She comes back with she isn’t here. So I ask if there is anyone else that is in charge while she is gone and she said let me check. She comes back on the phone saying no, we don’t have a manager we take care of each other. Okay? So your telling me you don’t have a manager or someone that deals with customer service? Sounds like BS. Especially when she needed to “check”. I’ll stick to gossip nails, when they don’t do my nails right it always chips and gossip nail never makes me wait they fix...
