On January 19th I visited 12235 Jones Rd, Houston, TX 77070 location, the 19th was a Friday. When visiting this location, I came in thru drive-thru. I first asked the employee if the bagel breakfast sandwich was still available, he informed me no. So I then asked him what comes in the southwest west salad, he informed me just lettuce, cheese and tortilla chips. I stated can I get that and two ranch dressing. When getting the order I noticed that we had the one bag with ranch and croutons and one of the salad dressing that come with the salad. My husband went inside to exchange the dressing the gentleman that took my order argued with my husband stating that he already put two ranches in the bag he informed there was one ranch and this one.. the employee then handed my husband croutons, my husband got the lady to hand him a ranch and he gave her back the croutons. Everything seemed fine then. Once getting to work to eat I opened up the salad and there was beans and corn, mind you that was never informed to me. It took me 30 min to pick out every corn and beans. I then called the store the employee that took my order answered the phone he stated his name was Rafael I believe, I asked him first if there was a manager to speak with, he informed that there was no manager on duty at that time. I asked if he was the one that took my order he informed me yes. I asked him why did he not inform me that there was beans and corn in the salad and why did you argue with my husband over some ranch. He the started to argue with me stating that he did put two ranches in the bag and that he gave my husband one in the store and he got another from someone else. I informed him that he first gave him croutons not ranch and that item was given back. I told him I don't if your having a bad day or not but this is not how you handle customers. He stated I can come back the next day for full refund. But I stated if your not a manager then you can't approve that only a manager can is that correct he stayed quiet. I then proceeded to call the location for three hours straight Saturday not answering and same for Sunday the 21st. On Monday the 22and was when the general manager picked up, when I informed him of everything, he was not mad that I could reach anyone for day nor that there was no manager on duty. All he could say was it shows a photo on the menu of what comes in it and that I need to bring back the food for a full refund. It's been days and he expects me to have kept the food. So refused me a full refund... Even tho this place is right next to my job I now go outta my way to go else were sense they are argumentive here. Even tho it was...
Read moreI've never been to a fast food establishment as consistent as this location. Every time I go, I am quickly filled with regret and my night is ruined. I've had countless times where they would "forget" to give my fries/drinks, one time the entire burger was missing.
This time kind of takes the cake and inspired me to write this review.
I strongly believe there was some kind of event taking place in the kitchen. I like to imagine that there was a "who can make the worst possible order" contest. I believe whoever was responsible for my meal won. Let me tell you why.
The buns of my burger were stale, the meat was cold.
My drink was 95% carbonation, 3% black food coloring, 2% rethinking my life choices.
My fries felt like they were day old microwaved fries.
The tacos I felt like it was made with tweezers. Barely anything in it.
I will give credit where credit is due, the ketchup packets were pretty good.

Read moreMultiple times I've gone through at night to have no one answer to take an order.. yet people are there.. other times I've been told the system was restarting and would be 20 minutes.. when in fact it's less than a minute to do its thing according to another jack in the box... and I've even been told that there was no cook and I could only get food available in the deep fryer.. over all I wouldn't recommend this jack in the box.. I've been avoiding it but went as far as taking video tonight of me pulling up and not a single word being said in four minutes.. or to the cars behind me.. and the place was lit up.. employee cars outside.. at this point I will reach out to corporate and give them my feed back.
I'd like to add that I went by there 3 days later at around 1am... video rolling.. same vehicles in the parking lot.. all lit up... again no answer at the...
