If I could give it 0 stars I would! Ordered online at 9pm, then saw it was a 2+ hour delivery time. Immediately got online to cancel, called the store 4 times. Someone kept answering and putting on hold without saying they were putting me on hold so I assumed the call was getting dropped and on the 5 call she finally said with a tone, please hold! Without having time to say I just want to cancel, I was placed on hold. After 15 minutes on hold, I tried the online chat portal apparently they don't have the capability to cancel orders and suggested I send feedback. 35 minutes on hold with the store, I call corporate and talk to a representative who advised the same. I left feedback and was told a store representative would be in touch within 48 hours. I tried to call from my daughters cell and now the store phone is off the hook. 60 minutes on hold I am writing this review. At this point for comical relief I am going to stay on hold to see how long it takes someone to take me off hold and help me cancel my order. On the not so funny side, I can't wait to be disturbed at midnight with the pizza that I have tried to cancel for OVER an hour now. HORRIBLE customer service, dumbfounded why online assistance for a company as big as this can't cancel my order OR have another way to contact the store directly. Lost...
Read moreThis Papa John's pizza took me 2 hours to get, but it was worth ever minute. Papa John's was having a promotion for a fallen officer, and the amount of orders was extremely overwhelming. The manager and his teammates handled this crazy situation with amazing effort an dedication to there job. Orders were literary coming in by the second. Phone orders, online orders, and walk ins we over loading their system. Not once did one employee break focus. Delivery drivers were flying in and out the doors. Dough, cheese, and pizza sauces were flying around, like a pizza war zone. With all the chaos ever employee knew exactly what was going on, and what needed to be done. The line was out the door, customers were angry, phones were ringing, but not one person on this staff lost their composure. Not only was this 2 hour pizza made for a good cause, but it was made by an amazing team of Papa John's employees. Read moreI find it funny that my bad review about the general manager Nicole was removed. That's alright, i'll keep reposting until this issue is resolved. So not only have I been screamed at and threatened by this general manager Nicole, she also has not apologized whatsoever or tried to make it right. I simply complained about the customer service to her, she didn't care to apologize. She proceeded to accuse me of lying and hung up on me, then when I called back she wouldn't tell me her name AND she threatened me. I had to hold the phone far from my face because she was yelling that loud. Ya'll say "customer service" is important to you… I have yet to see that. I have been working in customer service for years now, this is not how you treat a customer.
