Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jersey Village

All these bad reviews and pizzas looking exactly like mine did how is this location still in business and where is the comments from the owner with a response on what happend oh that’s right they DO NOT care I ordered the pizza that was out that was supposed to be piled with pepperoni the old world faceroni which I know there are some good locations out there because I watched YouTubers review and it looked fantastic but this jibes rod location is not it do t even spend 1 penny here and it had 4 pepperonis on it it’s honestly sad that people can make a living selling trash like this. I called customer service she said she would have the manager call me back about my experience guess what to this day nobody has called me go figure the CS acts just like the owners. Man what Happend to the little ceasers of the 90’s that I grew up on SMH everyone is just out to make a buck these days. If this location even cares 1 bit they will respond to my review as they have not to any 1 star review on this page good owners respond and make The situation right but that’s to be expected of a 4.5+ star establishment. Was just there today. I have been cleaning and running errands all morning so I figured I'd grab something to quick to eat. I walked in and noticed there was already a line and no pizza ready. So I decided I'd be patient and wait for my one pepperoni pizza. Two more others walk in after me. One woman got a one pepp and walked out, a guy order two pepps and walked out. And I was wondering why I was being skipped. So they finally ask what my order was, and I said one pepp. So the lady says oh my bad, goes in the back and hands me a pizza. So I get home and realize it's a cheese pizza with no pepperoni. I call them to let them know they made a mistake and asked if I would be willing to bring it back to exchange it. I told them no as I am exhausted and just got home from running errands all day. They tell me to bring the pizza back to get a different one and that's all they had to offer. I'm sorry, unless you're going to pay for my gas to drive there and back again...I'm not going back to exchange a $5 pizza. Called to place an order the lady answered and she hung up on me I called again for the second time same person answered I told her she hung up on me she said well you weren't saying nothing I placed my order and when I tried asking for my total she hung up again I had to call back for the third time to get my total. When I picked up my order the lady that was on duty had a bad attitude stanky look on her face. Then sat of last week I went up there to buy some pizzas for my kids when I got home pizzas where cold, hard and burned I had to drive back up there. When I I got there I told the lady she grabbed the pizzas and put them back in the oven where they place the pizzas that are already made. That's a BIG NONO I once worked at a fast food place and all food that was returned back from customers would go straight to the waste trash. I'm assuming she the store manager. Yall shouldn't have people working for yall specifically if they just there to get a check. When you work you should love what you do and most of all be friendly and have a good attitude when it comes to customer service.
