My girlfriend and I have been to this Jack in the Box a handful of times, and it's never been good. The food was okay for the most part, but there was always something wrong. The staff was rude on a couple of occasions, and it seems like the employees just don't care enough to do it right - where is management? We've gone back every once in a while to give this restaurant a chance, but also because it's close to where we live convenient, but there hasn't been a positive experience yet. Most of the time, the order is incorrect - like one time, we paid for the three piece eggrolls along with the teriyaki combo (4 rolls), but they only gave us two. We let it go. Other times, we've wanted curly fries but were given regular fries. A couple of other times, I tried to order particular combo's only to be told those items weren't available - or the shake machine is being cleaned or they're out of something. Then, there's having to ask for napkins each and every time we've been there. There's also been a couple of times that we came and were told, "we're not open! Whaat??? Are you serious? At a 24-hour restaurant?"and refused to respond after that at the drive thru. I'm not even including everything here over two and a half years, and not once complaining to them. When we check our food before we leave, and something is wrong, there is no apology for it. No attempts to correct it or make it better, either. Does the owner or corporate even care about quality, customer service, or a good experience overall as a well-known and popular, nationwide commercial brand? Apparently not for almost three years, and we've never been back. I'm just commenting on this particular Jack N Box, not others, but Jack seldom gets our business now. I'm only posting this review now since I got prompted for it by Google Maps so others can decide...

It’s fast food - I didn’t come in with high expectations. But it was bad enough for me to write a review. We normally eat a clean diet but today was rough and to just take an evening for ourselves we agreed to get fast food. I wanted to try the new mini chimi bang bangs and I got them loaded and got onion rings. The box with the chicken came out and they were cold soggy covered in red sauce and lettuce with no cheese. We had to pull into a spot to wait for onion rings so we gave them the box back stating it wasn’t right - he questioned like oh you want cheese on it? We informed him it comes with cheese - it wasn’t something we wanted in addition… he walks off and comes back with the same soggy order now with the box completely filled with cheese! Can’t even see the chicken chimi’s. I went to pull one out and it broke to pieces because it was so soggy!!! Ok - open the onion ring box AND THEY FRIED IT IN A CLUMP SO IT WAS STUCK TOGETHER AS ONE ONION RING AND RAW IN THE CENTER!!! So glad I ordered food - paid my hard earned money for such horrible service to throw in the garbage. Good stuff. Best part?! There wasn’t even a line! They weren’t busy! Just straight not caring and no respect for the job. I’d give zero stars if I could.

  • Update* As for the link the “owner” keeps posting below each complaint verses addressing the issues - it does nothing and addresses nothing. This is nothing more than an attempt to direct fault elsewhere. If the responder is indeed the owner - advice from a former business owner - take more accountability and pride in your business, customers, and community. Because this over all is just an additional reflection over the lack of care and consideration...

3 months ago I ordered sour douh jack and chili cheese fries. when I got home I discovered that my grilled sourdough bun was burnt on the inside. why would some employee assume that me, the customer, would enjoy eating a burnt sour douh bun? That does not want to make a customer return. I for one, did not go back for 3 months. tonight I stopped in to try one of the new buttery burgers and get some onion rings. Rings being the key word! Well what I got was two onion rings and the rest of the bag was full of pieces of onion rings. and because they were open on each end of each piece, The Onion was completely burned out of them so they were basically little bitty burnt crispy pieces of batter! Maybe they should explain to the employees that if they look at the food and they would not eat it, throw it away instead of giving it out to the customer who's actually paying money for it. If you want good quality food do not go to this Jack in the Box location. go to Carls Jr or Red Robin. they care about the quality of food that they hand out to the customers because they care about customers returning for business. I love jack in the box but this location is pitiful and it's sad that it's the closest one to my house. if I could have given 0 stars, I would have on this review. I will never return to this location. if you're reading this reply it's because you were interested in whether or not this is a good place to stop for food and it's a good thing you read this review because you are hearing from this one customer that it is absolutely not worth your time or money to stop in here for horrible...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP! I have been coming to this location for a while rarely have had a mistake when I order and wait at the drive thru. I was offered the app as a alternative since I come so frequent and told since menu items are not listed such as drink choices etc to order any drink and they will fix upon coming to the restaurant!< By a MANAGER Yet when I came today 3/29 at 11:25 am I was told by the MANAGER that that wasn't the case they aren't remaking the drinks but rudely. I gave them my card told them to just charge me for 4 more and throw them away then. I was given part of my order.... Had to come back to receive missing items the manager expedited like at this point if the manager can't get it right I can only imagine. At this point the app is trash based on all the other reviews avoid it with this location and expect a wait EVEN WITH DRIVE THRU orders causee YES THERE ALWAYS IS ONE. There is another one up the street I will be going there instead I suggest you do too.

I ordered #12 Homestyle Chicken Club Combo. Noticed price charged was $1 over menu list price. Didn't say anything (figured covid upcharge). Got home w food and noticed not club. Just a chicken sandwich, not club. Called to inform & asked to speak w mgr. Was told I was speaking to him but couldn't understand what he was saying. He then said he would get mgr.? Next person was a woman who if she is a mgr needs further training. She wanted me to drive all the way back right now so they could look at sandwich and then switch it out to correct one. I told her I was tired and not coming back. She pretty much told me she was going to do nothing for me. So for the price of a piece of bacon and a slice of cheese, she not only lost a customer for her Jack in the Box but for the whole franchise. Terrible, unaccountable staff. Give people what they pay for. I guess I should've read their bag. "We don't want to be right."

I just experienced bad customer service from camellia I would never go back to this jack & box ever again she called the police on me and my mother and made it like we were doing something wrong to her i have never felt so harassed in my life .All we did was keep an positive attitude ,never disrespected her but overall she had bad customer service, and she was very dry and unprofessional.what occurred was we got back in line to change a burger that tasted funny and we wanted to change it and I mentioned to her that the burger was bit into once and she said that we had to buy another one and she can’t make another burger or give us another burger off the menu so my mom asked for her money back and that is when ms.camellia said she was going to call the police which confused me when me and my mom didn’t cause no trouble and she also didn’t want to give our receipt back.

I just experienced bad customer service from camellia I would never go back to this jack & box ever again she called the police on me and my mother and made it like we were doing something wrong to her i have never felt so harassed in my life .All we did was keep an positive attitude ,never disrespected her but overall she had bad customer service, and she was very dry and unprofessional.what occurred was we got back in line to change a burger that tasted funny and we wanted to change it and I mentioned to her that the burger was bit into once and she said that we had to buy another one and she can’t make another burger or give us another burger off the menu so my mom asked for her money back and that is when ms.camellia said she was going to call the police which confused me when me and my mom didn’t cause no trouble and she also didn’t want to give our receipt back.
