I was just here picking up a door dash delivery. There were 2 girls working and one looked like the manager who was keeping herself in the back. The other girl was doing her best to keep up with door dash/pick up orders and customers inside the store. I wouldâve canceled my door dasher order but it wouldnât let me so I waited for over 20 min for this customers order. I could see the girl behind the counter get stressed as time passed and not once did the other girl come by to check on her or even help. When it was finally my turn, the girl couldnât find the DD order and went to get the other girl who came to the front and loudly snapped at her going âYou didnât make this order?â Not in a quiet tone so none of the other customers could hear, then she said âIt was right after this order!â And when the first girl was able to find my order the other one ran to the back again with an eyeroll. There were a total of 7-8 people behind me and when I came there were 4 people in front of me. It took me around 30 min. I felt so bad for the girl behind the counter and if that other girl was the manager then shame on you for not even bother to help her or the other customers waiting in line. A customer paid 1 minute before I could order and she claimed the system has been crashing all day. She was very frustrated and anxious. The experience was a 0/10 and I will never be back. I would recommend hiring staff and walking them through different scenarios on how to help customers even in tough situations and circumstances.There was so many different ways that could have been handled.
