I’ve tried to hold off to give this location more chances and time to find their feet but we’ve been 5 times now and there has been no change. This location is still bottom of the barrel for Chic-Fil-A. I am on the road for work most days and really enjoy CFA overall, can’t say I’ve had a bad experience at any other location but since this one opened by our house my wife and I have had something wrong each time. First off, the workers in the drive thru lines seem to be still learning how to handle the rush hour traffic and make sure it flows smoothly, this I can get over but it does affect the experience overall. What I can’t get over is how consistently they get your meal wrong. 4 out of 5 times at least one thing in our order has been wrong. At all times, breakfast, lunch, dinner. Through all types of ordering, on the app, through a worker, DoorDash. Once they even confirmed my name and then proceeded to hand me the wrong order all together. One that was significantly less food and expensive than mine. When I tried to reach the store to rectify this I never even made it through the system to speak with a human at the store. Read moreAfter waiting 20+ minutes (normally 5 at any other Chick-fil-A) at the drive thru I got some stale fries and cold chicken sandwich. Maybe it was because the order was just sitting at the table for the same amount of time I was waiting in the drive thru line. I’m accustomed to the iconic “my pleasure” anytime I interact with anyone that works there. Maybe this Chick-fil-A doesn’t feel the same way perhaps. Or maybe the employees don’t take any pleasure handling hungry impatient customers that have been waiting in line for a while. The staff looked confused and the customers (including myself) appear confused and lost. I have never experienced this at any other Chick-fil-A, specially ones that have at least double the customers that this one has. Read moreI’m a loyal Chick-fil-A customer, and it’s hands down my favorite fast food chain—known for great service, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Sadly, this particular location completely missed the mark.
From the moment I walked in, the customer service was shockingly poor. The staff was inattentive, unorganized, and showed zero interest in being helpful or courteous—something I’ve never experienced at Chick-fil-A before. It felt like the standard of service this brand is famous for just didn’t exist here.
To make matters worse, the atmosphere was cold and uninviting. It didn’t feel like the usual clean, upbeat, and family-friendly environment I expect from Chick-fil-A. Honestly, it felt more like a fast food place that had given up on caring.
