Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

I ordered for pickup with SLICE app, AWESOME!!! I got a nice discount by use the app, from my couch, with my phone, with just one hand, and a cup of Mocha coffee in the other, while was watching a movie in my TV, and I choosed if I want a delivery or pickup at the restaurant, I tryed the x-large (16") BIG CHEESE pizza, a delicius mix of five kind of chesse, I added mushrooms and salami, also added a parmesan chesse crust as a final touch, and voila, got a so intense cheese taste ,that might blow the head off of any cheese lover, like me, at the first bite, and Will make extremely hard to share at least one slice with your partners.

You can add, subtract, multiply and divide, all you want, for as long as you want, and you will not get anything that will give you more for your money, I mean you can feed 4 people, for less than 18 $ INCLUDING THE TAX , and with a drink of 2 liters included, and I do not speak of just biting something, but a portion of 3 slice of pizza to each one, plus the drink, it is more than enough to be satisfied,

It is not just a simple or cheap pizza, I talk of an absolute delight with an INCREDIBLE flavor;

The sauce, the crust, the mixture of the 5 cheeses, in addition to the texture, all perfect, absolutely DELICIOUS, for just 4.5 $ per person, tax included, if you share it among 4 people, or, if you área a pizza lover, you can try to finish all by yourself as I dd, and you really have a succulently addictive experience. If you know a similar option, in price and quality, comparable, or better (It will not be easy), please leave me a comment with the information, and I will try to go try it, and I will review it.

I usually like this place by my house (Barker Cypress) but tonight I was disappointed. I called my order in on a Wednesday night for our school fundraiser where the kids design the boxes. I saw when my pizza was put out and ready and sat there while the teens were all just talking and walking around the back of the restaurant. When they finally saw the order they remembered they had to use our kids boxes. Then they all were in the back looking for the boxes and sat them on the floor. They finally found them, but I think that’s the first thing they should’ve done when they took the order. By that time my pizzas were getting colder. Not very happy. Hopefully these kids learn some good...

Unfortunately, this location has horrible service. Too many times now, I’ve seen marketing prices online, but the location says their system does not accept that coupon. I asked the representative how are consumers supposed to know which locations honor what’s online and in her response said, she doesn’t need my attitude. I asked to speak to a manager. She said one wouldn’t be in until 4pm. She refused to give me her name. I’ve purchased several pizzas from this Marcos, never again. They need to train their employees how to communicate professionally to customers. If Management cares to correct this employee, this happened on 2/14/24...
