McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

I come here when I go to the storage unit on the other side of the highway. Everytime I order something is missing. The fry box is always folded to where I get a small instead of a large. This is annoying, because it's almost $3 for a large to just get about $1 worth of fries. Today I ordered an ice cream cone, paid for it and drove off. The person at the window bumped our order off the screen(because he told us he did) then kept asking us what we ordered several times. I got home then realized I didn't get the cone. If I go back, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get told, "I'm lying". I might just have to consider driving another mile or two to get my complete order and made the "right" way. Also why does your staff not follow sanitary procedures. The guy at the window didn't wash his hands after changing the trash. Another time I went inside and the guy kept sticking his hand inside the cone. I don't want to eat the germs from whatever you touch. I've also added pictures to show my purchase and...

I’ve been a regular at this McDonald’s for a while, often stopping by for lunch. Recently, though, I witnessed something so offensive that it truly changed how I feel about this place. The owner, Tom, publicly scolded a group of hardworking groundskeepers, telling them that since they’re in ‘his country,’ they need to speak English.

It was shocking and sad to watch. These were just people trying to get lunch during their workday, and they were met with condescension and ignorance. The worst part? Most of the staff here are Hispanic, and from what I've heard, even Tom’s wife is Hispanic. The hypocrisy is staggering.

It’s such a shame that an establishment that relies on diversity and community could be so disrespectful. McDonald’s needs to take a hard look at who they allow to represent their brand, especially in such a multicultural area. Until that happens, I don’t think I’ll be...

Absolutely horrible. I came by here earlier at about 12PM ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal with medium fries and a latte, but when I opened the McNugget box I noticed one nugget had a bite taken out of it, I also noticed another nugget like that, but I thought maybe it had fell off during frying. Then I realized that it couldn’t have fell off during frying because then that part of the chicken inside of the nugget would have been a different color. They did make another 10-piece nuggets for the inconvenience, but did not refund the order or anything. Like, one of your employees took a bite out of half a nugget at least I should get a refund for the order or something extra for it. Seriously, feed your employees so they don’t eat customer’s meals.
