I come here every single morning for seven dollars for a cappuccino more than half of the time at least 80 to 90% of the time I have to come home and fix it because it’s not done right. Add milk warm it up. Add some white chocolate it’s just never good very rarely. Do I get one that’s very good but every single day it’s different different people make it differently. Sometimes I get it. It’s dry the way it’s supposed to be that means just the cappuccino with the foam sometimes I get it and the milk is all the way to the top of the cup to the point it just tastes like you’re drinking hot milk with . consistency does not exist here. If I can’t fix it, I have to just throw it away so I am just completely wasting money because people are not trained properly or don’t pay attention or don’t understand what they’re doing. They’re just there for a paycheck as opposed to actually making someone’s drink the way they ordered it(doing their job with care). The people are very nice however the inconsistency is through the roof off the chart and what’s the point of continuing to go there just because the people are nice because I’m still paying for something I have to throw away. It’s just a waste. Just an example of how much they pay attention the day before it snowed. I ordered 2 cups of coffee so I could at least have one the next day I could warm up it’s better than nothing. I wake up the next day snowed in warm up my coffee and they have put absolutely zero sweetener in it so that one as well went in the trash. I just don’t know what’s happening here, but people aren’t paying attention they’re not being trained right something’s not right. I’ve had multiple conversations with the manager, who is very nice and things we get fixed for a couple days and then they go right back to being a mess Once again there’s just no consistency and I don’t know a person in the world that wakes up every morning, wondering if they’re gonna get a good cup of coffee. Edit: I see the response from owner. I am very aware that they will remake it but when they have to remake it two or three times and it’s still bad what’s the point? To the owner, you can kindly speak to any of your employees at this location and I promise they know exactly who I am and I am constantly asking for it to be remade and even when it’s remade, I still have to come home and fix it. There is absolutely zero consistency. I did not want to leave a review. I spoke many times to the manager, trying to help figure out what the problem was. She was constantly trying to help me retraining the new employees most of the time she called me back apologizing she saw that the employees were not making it right it is. This is not just an angry customer. This is me reaching out so that the owners and the higher-ups can see the issue and try to fix it because speaking to the manager only does so much she has been extremely helpful but the bottom line is she’s not there every day she doesn’t make every cup and with the constant rotation of employees and not measuring things and when I say they’re not measured, I watch them make it. The pumps are measured because it’s a pump, but the pouring of the milk and the foam and everything that goes into a cappuccino is absolutely hand poured and scooped without any official measurement. If I order a cappuccino, I can order it extra dry, dry, wet, or filled to the line that’s four different ways. There’s no way every employee can make one of those four options. The same way each time without measurement everybody sees things differently everybody has a different idea of what’s what When they’re making these drinks on top of it. They go so fast you just get what you get. If I were to ask them to remake it every time it wasn’t right they would have to remake my coffee every single day and that gets embarrassing. I think it would be easier for the employees to be trained properly monitored so the coffee is correct, at least close, and the customer happy. I think at seven dollars a cup. That’s the bare minimum to ask. please...
Read moreI am writing to express my gratitude and to leave a review regarding the exceptional service provided by one of the employees, Cassie, at this location.
I recently placed an order for my wife using the Starbucks app but accidentally selected the wrong store location. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, it wasn't ready. That's when Cassie stepped in and asked me about my order. She quickly identified the issue, and as I went to leave to go to the other store location, she stopped me. Cassie advised I would not need to go to the other location as she would make my order. As I thanked her and went to pay, she said there would be no extra charge.
Cassie's kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer who made a mistake and not the store; truly impressed me. Her actions have cemented this store as my go-to for all future purchases. I can't thank her enough for the excellent customer service she provided.
I look forward to continuing to shop...

I love visiting this Starbucks location! The drive-through is super fast, especially in the mornings, which is perfect when you’re on the go. The baristas are friendly and efficient, making sure your coffee is prepared just right.
Sometimes I work remotely from here, and the experience is great. The store is usually not too crowded, so it’s easy to get a cozy spot to focus and get work done while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. The Wi-Fi is reliable, which makes this a convenient spot for remote work or studying.
The coffee and drinks are always consistent and high-quality, and the atmosphere is welcoming and clean. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick pick-me-up or spending a few hours working, this Starbucks is a solid choice.
