I've been here about 4 times and the first 3 times have been good, no issues. I went there this morning for some breakfast and had probably one of the WORST experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant. I'm gonna try and type this where it's not too long of a read.
Here's what I ordered: 1 Sausage McMuffin with Egg 1 Sausage Biscuit with Egg 1 Bacon and Cheese McGriddle 2 Hashbrowns 2 Orange Juices
Ordered my food at the drive-thru comm. then waited in line to pay.
Paid for my food with a young man then waited in line to receive my food.
Was given my two orange juice drinks from the first lady and then asked to move up to the next window to wait there. No explanation is given why.
Wait there for about 2 minutes wondering if I've been forgotten. A second lady finally comes up and hands me a bag with 1 sandwich. Asks if that helps complete my order. I let her know that not only is this sandwich something I didn't order but I'm missing all of my meal. She leaves.
The Same lady comes back about a minute later and asks, "Are you sure you didn't get another bag of food?" (Not sure what that's supposed to mean but apparently she thinks I'm either lying or an idiot.) Again, I explain that I was given my juices and asked to move forward and that she's more than welcome to come and look in my car if she doesn't believe me. She leaves again.
A third lady comes and asks to have the bag I was given because she doesn't think it's the correct sandwich. She leaves.
The second lady returns with a big bag and I search through and make sure that everything is correct. It's not. I have a Sausage McMuffin instead of the Egg Biscuit. She asks me, "Sir, would you like a Sausage Egg Biscuit?" in a condescending voice. I pull out my receipt and say, "Ma'am, it says right here Sausage Egg Biscuit." I try and hand her the other sandwich back and she says for me to keep it. She leaves again.
She returns with the correct sandwich and I finally have my complete meal that I ordered to begin with.
I checked to make sure nothing on the receipt was off, but it wasn't. Everything was correct on there, so I'm not sure where the communication dropped off inside there. High disappointed in this. Glad Chick-Fil-A is open now, cause I'll be doing the breakfast there from...

Today I ordered a McGriddle and an iced coffee for curbside and checked in at spot 1 at 9:48 AM. After waiting 20 minutes, I walked inside to find out what was going on. The woman at the counter immediately acted as if I was not checked in. I showed her the app screen where it said I was checked in and my order would be right out. Another worker handed me my sandwich and I waited for the woman from the counter to bring my coffee. The sugar and vanilla flavor I requested was not added and the sandwich was cold. I had work at 10:30, so I did not have anymore time to go back and wait for a remake. I called the store immediately and spoke to a manager who apologized and said I could go back for something else or a refund. I was working so I sent my boyfriend in to get the refund for me. The manager then tried to make it seem like it was my fault for not checking in. 1 - I did check in and I showed the proof within the app to the worker in the morning. 2 - Even if the app did not properly advise the store of my check in, that is still no excuse for my coffee being made incorrectly when I was charged extra for vanilla flavor that I did not receive.
To have a manager attempt to place blame on a customer for their staffâs mistake is pretty insane. I was refunded. However, the overall experience was horrible and I will never go back.

   Read moreI came to this location as a matter of convenience, but no more! I am tired of the snippy attitudes of the employees, the "it's not my job" responses, and incorrect orders. What's the point of going thru the drive-thru when I have to go back into the store to get my order corrected? Doesn't anyone check the order before "slinging" it out the window? This morning I went thru the drive thru along with several other cars. I sat at the order menu and watched 4 different cars get their order taken before anyone came the the speaker to take my order. Isn't the purpose of the TWO lanes to expedite service? These employees do not follow protocol, and when confronted this morning I got " I don't know, it's not my job." I paid for my order, and was asked to go park in a slot designated for orders that are not ready. Shortly thereafter, a lady came to my car and handed me a bag. The tag listed what was SUPPOSED to be in the bag. WRONG!!!!! I went into the store, (which totally defeated the purpose of going thru the drive thru) only to be told by the man on the floor, (he looked like a shift leader or manager) "I'm not the one that bagged your order ma'am." SERIOUSLY??? How impolite. No apology, no "here you are ma'am", no greeting what so ever! He acted like I was bothering him. If he moved any slower, he would be declared a sleepwalker!
