I just had the worst experience with a cancelled Uber eats order that was completed then immediately cancelled in order to try and change the wing type from boneless to bone in as it was accidentally ordered for less than a minute. Uber stated the merchant has accepted the order and had the full payment so they are unable to refund. I then called this restaurant and spoke with the “manager” that had to call their manager explained the situation and told me my order was paid and ready and completed waiting on the driver that I informed would not come and asked if I could pick it up. I was told yes drive 20 minutes after 11:00pm to pick up my $30.00 order for 3 then on arrival told I cannot pick up my ready and paid for order now that we just spoke about over the phone with manager involved. I asked that the “manager” call the manager that stated to come then said I cannot get my order they have the money for and he stated he couldn’t use the business phone right in front of us and went to the bathroom several times to call the manager that could do something. I was then told he couldn’t give the corporate number, manager name, his name, or the general manager name. I then recorded the encounter as I was in disbelief at the inability to provide a number or name for complaints on inappropriate service by mangers and employees of an establishment. Now it is the principal at this time several people were waiting extended times and upset at the lack of service. There were 3 male employees here this evening all did not know any management names and could not call the manager on their business phone to handle the issue that we had. I will call tomorrow for corporate information and submit at BBB complaint as well and possibly go to the news as this treatment is completely unprofessional and inappropriate especially when you are in the wrong and your employees are stating they are following what management said. They stole our meals for the 3 employees there this night and did not provide complaint information and did not provide a product. This whole experience has deterred me from ever trying this place as this was my first order and I will never go here again this is completely unacceptable. Be cautious eating here all the customers at the time I was in the building were unhappy and upset with the service level this deserves 0 stars but the review is not available for this level of dissatisfaction...
Read morePlaced an order on Uber eats and called after placing order to confirm everything would be correct because they don’t have an option for lemon pepper mild on the Uber site and that’s what I wanted. The gentleman I spoke to said he would be sure my order was correct.
Got the order and it was incorrect. Called store to speak with the agent who told me he would be sure my order would be correct and advise the best recourse of action. Isreal advised the other agent was busy but they could take my name and number and give me a credit to use whenever I wanted to come back to the store
Call the store back tonight to use the credit and we informed by Auturo that management said they couldn’t honor what Isreal told me because I would’ve needed to bring the order back the night of (IDK how they thought I was gonna do that when I placed a delivery order and I was never told this) or I would’ve only had 24 hours to use the credit.
After asking auturo to speak with a manager. Maggie (who claimed she was a manager) was the absolute worst. She kept screaming about some policy they had in which I was never informed of. Then when I told her I wasn’t gonna go back and forth about this, i would just go to Uber and do a review and asked her for the person I was just speaking to name, she said she couldn’t give it to me. Like what ?? Where in the policy does it say you can’t give the name of an employee?? Eventually she reluctantly gave me his name which I added to this review. All in all, I won’t be spending my money here anymore and the way the company/management went about this whole this was completely unprofessional and left a loyal customer completely dissatisfied.

Read moreI’m a patiant understanding person. When I called in I was really understanding. I live 20 minutes out. I take 20 minutes to get there and 20 to get back. I called and explained my order was incorrect, they tried telling it was correct.Then ended up telling they see in their system the second time they saw the order come through, that the system is wonky.I did not have plans on heading that way the following day. At this point is it’s 8:48pm,I’m not going back and the food is pretty much cold waiting on them to figure out how they will make it right.They expect you to go back and return the food even if it’s the next day. So you’ll have to take the time out of your day if you want a refund,since I didn’t want my food to be remade, and didn’t have plans on going tomorrow due to a busy life. They were the ones in the wrong and they admit it as well. I get they have policy, waiting on GM now. I personally don’t have time to be making inconvenient stops. I was told I would a call from the manager early in the day, so far I have not and it’s the second day way past early in the day. They respond to you that they want to hear you out, to my review, so reach out to who? I’m still waiting on the call I was promised. I Shouldn’t be trying to call and figure this out anymore. My point is time and money lost and they won’t make it right if they get your order wrong...
