Why this location made me promise myself i would never go to a McDonald's again:
The workers there were laughing and seemly goofing around ( they had a hot mic on rhe drive through).
As I was ordering, I clearly stated my order, during which the lady was laughing and trying to repeat my order. She did bot get it correct the first time, so I can to correct her. When I looked at the screen, the order was wrong and I corrected her a third time and drove to the next window.
The lady at the payment window confirmed my order, repeated it, and it was wrong ..4th time now.
She then continued to argue with Mr and say " you did not say that" (after I clearly stated my order 4 times at this point) - she said this with a snicker in her voice like I was annoying her.
Her telling me "you didn't say that" really irritated me but I just went on to the next window.
The lady that gave me tmmy food ended up giving me the wrong order. This was the 5th correction.
This lady slammed the drive though window in my face and when I waved at her to get ketchup she ironed me
I sat there for 5 minutes while 4-5 employees looked at me while I was trying to get their attention to tell them the order was wrong and I needed ketchup.
The manager (so it seemed) finally came to the window and I asked for my money back.
She told me no because I took the food in my car already. I tried to tell her it was the wrong order and I wanted my money back and she refused with absolutely zero care that I got the wrong food after all that.
All I will say is this outside the facts that happened:
I will NEVER SPEND ONE MORE CENT AT MCDONALD'S EVER AGAIN. So, Corporate, if you are reading: you just lost a 30 year customer. I would suggest checking in on your franchise members and letting them know that people going forward will not pay inflated prices with this lack of service and care for the customer. Super disappointed in your employees and their awful attitude toward me.

Read moreThe Hispanics and manager at this location are racist. They likely gave my ice coffee to the vehicle in front of me. I get to second window to pick up my breakfast order which contain 2 meals and 2 drinks. They don’t have the ice coffee(one of the drinks) so 2nd window register attendant tells me to pull up to the third window near the door and garbage can and wait. Reluctantly I pulled up since I already knew they’d likely not get to me timely. Of course I’m waiting at that 3rd window for 12 mins, food getting cold and about 17 cars were able to come from behind me and leave. Somehow, I manage to back up to window behind me and the lady says you couldn’t have been waiting that long when I expressed my dissatisfaction with them forgetting about me. I ask to speak with the manager. The manager just says sorry and that’s all she was going to do. I ask for a refund she then takes the drink back and says well you asked for a refund. I say I still want my drink that I’ve been waiting for. She then refuses to give me the drink until I give her my card for the refund. Didn’t I already pay for that drink so why are you holding the drink hostage until you get my card to process a refund due to your mistakes. She then proceeds to take my card and only give me a $4 refund for the drink only. What a joke, I hope corporate sees this and does some training because they are clueless on how to have decent customer service! Food now cold and drinks, of course, watery. But hey! I got a $4 refund for watching almost 20 cars behind pass me up, waiting 13 unnecessary mins when they could’ve just did the right thing and remade my drink while I was at the pickup window. Read moreMy vent is not based on one visit but many many visits. I live across the street so this location (castle hills) is the most convenient. I must say it has become a running joke of everyone who knows me that this is the worst McDonalds in all of N Texas if not the state or country. I can count the number of times on one hand my order has been correct. It doesn’t matter if it’s dine in or drive thru, they never get the order right. Today me and my son ordered two big breakfast, sat down and there was 1 set of plastic ware and 1 syrup. WTH?! Then the guy behind the counter act like I was a inconvenience asking for more. Then there’s the time I ordered my son a cherry blast (I guess that’s the name) and the lady gave me a blue drink. I said mam this can’t be cherry and she began to argue with me that it was cherry until a manager came over and confirmed what anyone who knows what color a cherry is that it was in fact blue raspberry she was giving me. Still no apology just here’s your cherry blast. These are only a couple instances where they have not even come close to acceptable service. I know no one from corporate will reach out because I’ve made a complaint before online and I guess they figure I’m just one person and still millions come a day. I JUST WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY NEED A SYSTEM THAT ALLOWS CUSTOMERS TO RATE THEM WHERE IT AFFECTS THEIR BOTTOM LINE OR EVEN PAY. THEN THEYLL GET THE PICTURE.
IF I COULD HAVE RATHER THIS LOCATION A ZERO OUT OF FIVE STARS I WOULD HAVE. THEY SUCK!!!!!
