This McDonalds has been terrible since the day it opened. Most fast food locations benefit from an early period of success when there are several competent managers on hand to ensure that the location opens smoothly and creates a good impression with the local consumers, but this location didn’t even have that. They have been this way from day one. The drive thru is insanely slow. I’ve never gotten in and out of this drive thru in less than 20 minutes, and on multiple occasions it’s been upwards of 40. Make no mistake, that’s not just when the line is thru the parking lot, but when there’s only one or 2 cars behind the speaker as well. I’ve made them aware of this on multiple occasions, spoken to a manager even, but no one seems to care. Then there’s the food. The burgers typically look like they were assembled from a distance, in the midst of a heated burger patty tossing contest in which none of the players are particularly talented. Patties and cheese are stale and dried out. I also can’t think of a single time that something wasn’t wrong with my order, and I live fairly near and come here roughly once per week, give or take. The most common mistake is every time I order for my wife as well, she prefers no onions on her burgers, then I order mine and tell them no such thing, but it never fails, they always end up cutting the onions on BOTH our burgers. Recently I’ve even started telling them “please make sure the double is all the way” but this still happens every single time. It’s like they can’t process the concept of cutting something on one burger without cutting it on all the others. While this is the closest McDonalds location to where I live, it’s still not close enough for me to have to constantly return to the store while my family is eating just for onions. But believe me, I have had to go back several times for other reasons. I mean, and I supposed to individually unwrap every burger in the bag before I leave just to make sure they’re doing their jobs? I’m sorry but I’ve finally had enough. This cannot be allowed to continue. It has gotten so bad that I’ve started to avoid the place because I know it’s going to be the same thing every time. Read moreif i could give zero stars i would. NONE of the employees communicate and the MANAGER “Josh” dont know how to properly talk customers. We paid for our food and our buddy was a car behind us and we paid for his as well. When we got to the window the chick asked for both receipts so I gave them to her. She asked us to pull to the next window as we proceeded to do. She then tells us both orders are in the same bag i ask again to make sure and she says “yes they are in the same bag bye” and closed the window. We drove off and met with our buddy to give him his food we thought was in there. Turns out the food is not in the bag. This location is where I go the most and is becoming considerably disgusting from the restrooms to the Drink section to even worse the Dining room area which I always eat in but I'm considering not going to this location any further. You bring the nastiness to the of the management upon arrival and yet you clean your own area in order to have eat and within 25 minutes of being in the dining room there is NO ONE delegated to come clean anything I complained about. Management lady(or possibly just a longtime employee that has tons of pins on her cap kinda rolled her eyes at me when I walked out stating I was gonna make a review about this location.
