I went to get food for my baby sister, my dad, and myself. I ordered a quarter pounder, a quarter pounder deluxe, and a 6 pc kids meal. I had the app that had a coupon that explicitly stated "DRIVE THRU SCAN ONLY" and wouldn't let me redeem it unless I was at the drive thru. When I originally tried to use it at the pay window, the EXTREMELY unhelpful attendant told me that the 6 pc meal was ineligible for the offer, without even looking at the coupon or attempt to scan it. I told him as politely as I could that it had a drop down menu that showed the eligible items, and the 6 pc was plainly stated that it was eligible. He refused to help me after that. Ok, ill ask the food service window, in which she stated that the coupon was unable to be scanned because it expired that day. BUT THE COUPON WAS ON THE APP SO HOW WAS IT EXPIRED? I'm totally done arguing with minimum wage workers at that point, and decide to just take my food and try to salvage a thread of my humanity. The story doesn't stop there, my quarter pounder had no pickles, no ketchup, 90% of the onions were on the bottom of the box and not on the actual burger, and was COLD! All the fries in both meals were old and stale as well. I'll probably never return to this McDonald's. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALD'S. Drive into horizon or go to the burger...
Read moreOrdered the fish sandwich. Store had no lemon. Tartar sauce was good and not overwhelming. Two Filet-O-Fish cost $8.58. That is a lot of money for 2 hope-they-fill-you- up small sized sammitchez. $4.59 for a boy's Happy Meal. Again, for the amount of food one gets, maybe the $1 $2 $3 items are the way to go. Seating nice and new. One big screen TV on FoxNews (ho-hum). Music was uninterrupted 70's and 80's. Unlimited refills for soda pop helped to reduce the price pinch from the fishy filets. The buns were soft and tasty--they did not crumble or fall-apart when held or biten into. I did not use the touch-scream' order taker, via a vertical color monitor. I walked up to the counter and the worker-girl showed up qwik-lee. Only 3 people in the dining area. Had to ask twice for napkins. The counter girll gave me a number and brought the chow to my table just like Wuddaberger (sic.). The Happy meal was 4 chix nuggs, small fries and the sodee-pop. The toy was Bugs Bunny with a basketball from the movie Space Jelly, just kidding, Space Jam. Men's bathroom needed some cleaning. Plenty of parking and...
Read more**UPDATE 9/7/24 We stopped around 11:30pm & ordered our food though the drive thru. We had a complicated/annoying order & Adriel was very patient & calm. He took & repeated our order back & it was all correct. We approached the window & with a smile greeted us & repeated the order. Again ir was correct. I apologize & thanked him & he said thank you for saying that. We got to window & waited a bit since our orders were custom orders. We got our order & went home. We were shock & happy that the orders were made exactly how we ordered. Thank you
UPDATE 10/15/22 Stopped by after 10:30. Wait along period of time for our order that was placed on app. Drive thru wasn't that busy. Expected fresh hot food & wasn't. Cheeseburger is the size of the Big Mac now.
This location is slow. No matter time of day. Busy or slow. You pull up to drive thru & they have you pull forward & park in a designated area. Which if no one is in line, why pull forward. Makes no sense. My sweet tea had a ton of sugar, the fries had no salt & the cheeseburgers...
