Panda Express — Restaurant in Texas

I was initially hesitant to visit this Panda Express due to some negative reviews I had seen online. However, after finally giving it a try, I was pleasantly surprised and had a great experience.

The food was delicious and served piping hot, which I really appreciated. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, although the bathroom could have used a bit more attention, it wasn't anything too off-putting.

Service was fast and efficient, and there was plenty of parking available, which made the whole experience even better.

Overall, I'm glad I didn't let the previous reviews deter me from trying Panda Express. It turned out to be a positive dining experience, and I would definitely consider going back in the future.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Panda Express drive-through thanks to Jacob, the cashier who took my order. I had just finished a 14 hour hospital shift and stopped by one minute after they opened, worried I might be bothering them so early. From the moment Jacob greeted me through the headset, he was kind, upbeat, and so professional.

By the time I pulled up to the window, his friendliness really stood out. He was incredibly fast, but also very thoughtful with his words. He made me feel like he truly wanted to serve me my food, not just get me in and out. That level of care and positivity honestly turned my whole morning around.

I came to have a relaxing lunch with my mother April 6 at 2pm at this new location on Eastlake. Unfortunately the attitude of one of the staff members , Aileen ( hope is spelled right) was extremely rude. She not one greeted my mother and I when we came in, she was not welcoming , she was extremely rude and uncooperative. Thankfully Paulina took over , and the way Paulina handled the situation was very professional. On the other hand , Aileen proceed to gossip about the situation with her co-worker and laughed at her customers , us ( my mother and I) the entire time.
