I don't even want to give this a one star review! It deserves a zero or less!
So, today, after a busy run or errands today, my sister made an online order of $50 (serving 10 people) on the McDonald's app. We pulled up to the drive thru and they informed us that they did not see the order on their screen inside (we had the order pulled up for them to review, confirmation number, email and all). They still informed that because it wasn't on their screen there was nothing that they could do. So, we thought maybe it was a glitch in the app and the order may have not gone through. WRONG! It came out of her bank account! So we pulled around to get the store number and the person at the drive through "did not know it." THEN my sister gets a message that states, "thank you for your order-we hope you enjoy your food." WHAT FOOD!?!?!?!?
So now, I'm pulling around AGAIN and parked to go inside. Upon arrival inside, the manager is on his phone, texting/facebook/snapchatting away and wiggles his finger at me to tell me that they are closed. So THEN, I stopped him right there and mind you yes, my voice was raised to ask him why we have not received our order (with the emailed digital receipt in my hand as well as a bank statement pulled up). To which he waves his hands back at me and tell me, "First of all, you don't need to yell at me and second of all I have nothing to do with online orders (he is the manager, you all). THEN as he is still flinging away on his phone, he brushes his hands towards my direction and informs me that it shows that it was not paid for (I thought it didn't show up on your screen!?!?!). So, I ask him, "Would you like to see the bank statement?" To which he doesn't say anything and huffs off to the back, totally and completely ignoring me. So I told him that I will be calling corporate, to which he huffed off again.
My sister is still out her $50 and we did not receive any of our food, let alone an apology or help.
On another note! I would like to give a very gracious shoutout to night crew ladies at THE JACK IN THE BOX off of Falvel and 2920! We had a beautiful experience at their drive thru tonight after that unforseen ...

We pull up to order our food and we waited for about a minute for someone to ask to take our order, no one answered we said hello several times and waited for 5 minutes for someone to answer, no one answered and there was a line behind us so we pulled forward thinking maybe the monitor was broken. There was no one in the first window so we drove to the very last window. There was a man who Looked right at us and quickly turned his head and remained texting on his phone. Another gentlemen who then came to make a drink would not knowledge us we knocked on the window trying to get help. Finally a lady came over and we told her we have been trying to order our food and no answered. Well the lady was chewing food the whole time I was telling her and her response to me was I am taking an order right now. So I explained that I sat there for 5 mins saying hello until I thought the monitor was broken so I pulled forward. Her response "I am taking an order right now I can't take your order" I then responded saying can I order my food now? She responded with a annoyed tone in her voice "I can't take your order". She never apologized or tried to resolve the issue. I had already sat there now for 5+ minutes and there was a line that wrapped around the building with about 6+ cars. I then decided that I would go next door to whataburger where I was greeted and treated so well. If this is McDonald's standards I will never go back to another McDonalds again. We arrived at the speaker of the drive tru at 10:56AM, my kids so excited about trying breakfast menu and this girl tells me she canāt serve breakfast anymore, I told her that the screen shows the breakfast menu and is not even 11AM, she said: āone momentā, the screen turns black and guess what?? Lunch menu appears and she tells me sheās not allow to serve breakfast (again). Sooo mad at this time! I said Iām not ordering and left, but my kid said āplease mom, a want mc Donaldāsā and swallowing my proud i came back, and order lunch (they didnāt have ice cream at all that day Btwy). I couldnāt help it and respectfully told the cashier that I was so frustrated because the poor service and explained the timing and the āscreen thingā and with a cold simile she ignore my comment and said: āhave a good dayā. I paid, pick up my order and left even more disappointed. Itās a SHAME!! I had great experiences in the past in this location, thereās it was this hispanic male manager who made all the effort to fulfill my sonās birthday multiple happy meals. I donāt know what changed but this new poor service sucks and They not even try a hypocrite: āIām sorryā. It makes me not wanting to come back. And the worst part is that they donāt care because as I did, people come back for the kids :( I hope this girl and manager receive the same treatment in other service and learn some manners and profesional costumer service and rules about...
