Mirrey tacos y MAS — Restaurant in Texas

This is one of the BEST taco shops that I’ve eaten at since I moved to Texas. Someone recommended this place when I first moved here and I’m so glad they did. You can’t beat the price the food is delicious. Sometimes I go in and place an order or I sometimes order thru DoorDash. I placed an order recently for lunch thru DoorDash which I done before on several occasions because I work from home. My orders are always correct but for today they missed an item. So I called them instead of DoorDash because with DoorDash I knew there would be an issue. I told Mirrey’s the issue they apologized and was so nice about it. I was willing to wait until the next day or another time when I’m in the area to pick it up or get a refund. BUT they (the manager) asked for my address and brought the item to me personally which was so sweet and the best customer service ever!! I hate to write a bad review but I tried Mirrey Tacos today for the very first time. I ordered a to go order and when I got home I noticed that they didn’t put one of my items in the bag. I live about 20 to 25 minutes away from the restaurant and wanted to try it out as it’s a local spot and I wanted to support it. I called to let them know that my order was missing one of my items and since I lived far from it if they could just reimburse me for the missing item. The lady that answered the phone wouldn’t reimburse me and also said they would call me back shortly and never did. Friendly cashier. My son had chicken quesadilla, but chicken was not flavorful. I had different type meat tacos (barbacoa, fajita, trompo, chicharron) and all were tasty. They are served "street taco" style, which means they come in tiny yellow corn tortillas. The meat on my tacos, although tasty, portions very skimpy. They do not offer white corn tortillas. Their salsas, green and red, were actually pretty good. They have one tiny restroom that has a urinal, which you can totally smell right when you walk in, a toilet and a sink, no changing tables for those...
