K & K Grocery & Halal Meat — Local services in Spring

The cashier was being a racist, asking me for a driver's license and also took a picture of it in order to type in my ebt card number because my card stripe did not work when swiping. Not to mention I had spent 40 mins waiting for the butcher to get through with 1 order while the customer was there cutting her own meat. They would never get my business. I will make sure that my community will never give them business. The owner is part to blame . Doing the transaction, he was speaking to her . I know you may or may not respond, but to the owner or owners, you saw me in need but you didn't bother to help, in fact you didn't care about my situation. You saw my hijab the fact that I am a devoted muslim , all you saw is the color of my skin. You are no different than the white policeman who shoot and kill the minorities. All you do is judge Allah swt is the judge and you will have to answer to HIM . You better ask for forgiveness . Servants of Allah. I am a happy that a halal place opened up close by, but more than that, I am happy with the service and the quality of products that they are providing. I am very particular with stores and buying products from different places, because I want to make sure that I support the right people, and these are the right people that I want to support.

I always call ahead and they have the meat ready for me when I go in. They have all the spices and noodles that I use for my usual meals in the rotation, including frozen parathas and naans. If there is something that I need that they do not, they have told me that I could ask them for it and that they would order it specifically for me and my family, which is great customer service. They even have a couple of staples like garlic, ginger, tomatoes and cilantro. K & K Halal meat Grocery has a very good customer service. Their meats- chicken beef & lamb are all time fresh quality meat and helpful service. In my last visit, the owner said that they'll be giving Ramadan special offer. But during my visits, they always had some or the other offers.
