MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Beware of the manager, Corey. I ordered 2 MOD classic salads on Uber Eats. The salads were supposed to each come with romaine. Normally, if they are out of a particular topping there is no way to order the pre-made salads or pizza. Or they will cancel your order. I know because both have happened to me in the past. Today, that was not the case. I was able to order the Italian Chopped Salad and the Greek Salad, and both salads were supposed to come with romaine. They did not cancel the order and just made each of the salads with no romaine lettuce. The greek salad came with the toppings only. And the Italian salad came with only spinach, because I had added it as a topping. When I called the location to complain about it, the manager made excuses with no apology and explained that the ticket did not have greens on it. However I, as the customer, rightly assumed that it would automatically come with romaine since it was listed as a topping and I didn't remove that topping. What she failed to mention was that she did not tell Uber eats to take off those salads, or relay the information to corporate to take romaine off of their website for online ordering. The only reason this location got a 2 star ⭐️⭐️is because of Todd and his great service!! Great job Todd 🤘🏾💯🙌🏾!! I will NEVER return to this location ever again. On Sunday it was a beautiful day until I came in and order my food to eat. It was at the time we had to ring up our MOD's that we ordered! The Hispanic cashier, which I believe was the manager did something that I really wanted to lose my cool at this location, but I didn't. I specifically stated that I only wanted one drink with our order, and he charged me for two being a spiteful, rude and ugly human being and this is a nice way to put it. I tipped the tip jar, which has nothing in it only because of Todd and his exceptional service. For me, all of them need to be fired! There was no warm welcome and energy in this establishment. The location is beautiful, but the employees are not. Except for Todd. I encourage the owner to look at this past Sunday staff, and view who was working that afternoon and get them right because these young boys are hurting your business. It will diminish MOD Pizza friendly reputation if you keep them on your staff at this location. I wasn't happy at all with the service I experienced on last Sunday. I will not...

Review 1. Love this place Review 2. So as a frequent customer, I stop there for a quick bite to go. Order my pizza and 3 chocolate cakes. Proceed to pay for my order with a tip. I stack the 3 cakes right next to the register away from where they are stacked for sale letting the cashier know that i am going to the restroom. Few minutes later I come back out the restroom, and pick up my 3’cakes. One of the ladies (whom I assume is a manager because she is always there and seems to be a leader) says out loud “are you stealing those?”. I look up at her kinda stunned while a few others are looking at me, and I say “I’m not going to answer that question”. My pizza comes out the fire, another young lady cuts it up and hands it to me and I am on my way. As I get in my vehicle, I am livid, wanting to go back in there to really give her a piece of My mind.
