I am posting this review to highlight the service issues, not the food, at this establishment. My encounters with one of the main managers have consistently been marred by her discourteous behavior. Recently, I arrived early for an online order, not realizing the place hadn't opened yet. The manager's approach in communicating the delay—rudely telling me that my order wouldn't be ready until 10:45 am—was more problematic than the delay itself. Understanding that I couldn't wait due to a work commitment, I attempted to cancel the order. However, she not only ignored my request but also instructed her staff to disregard me. This left me stranded in the parking lot, waiting unnecessarily and risking being late for another job. I kept attempting to ask her to cancel my order instead and she ignored me and she also made all of her coworkers ignore me… it very rude and did not appreciate her attitude.
Moreover, when I tried to cancel the order through the app, it refused a refund, falsely claiming my order was being prepared. In reality, I could see the staff, including the manager, sitting idly inside the store. This complete disregard for customer service and the manager's persistently rude attitude towards a simple cancellation request were highly disappointing and unprofessional.

Read moreSweetgreen was one my favorite place to order my healthy meal. I recently ordered a salad from Sweetgreen and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. As I was halfway through the salad, I found a worm crawling in it, which completely ruined my appetite.
I immediately try to call the store to tell the staff and I found out there is no phone number for any location of sweetgreens, and I only can email them!
Finding a worm in a salad is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. It not only reflects poorly on the restaurant's quality control but also raises concerns about the cleanliness of their kitchen and ingredients. As a customer, I trust that the food I order is prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail.
I hope that the restaurant takes this incident seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. As for my experience, it was extremely disappointing and I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.

Read moreI recently steped into sweetgarden for the second time. I cannot eat at many restaurants because I am clean vegan. Eating out is a major event for me that I rarely get to enjoy.
This last visit I was not quite through the front door when a very loud employee with green hair from the food line yelled out to me about my service dog (who was wearing a service vest). I was not happy. A few moments later the same employee approached me to make a salad. I kindly asked for a different staff member to assist me.
The green haired staff member announced he was leaving however, the entire time he was there he was very loud. Like he needed everyone to know he was there.
This restaurant has very clean food for an affordable price. It's also very liberal. I am very surprised there is a problem with service dogs in this establishment. Please have the employee with the loud mouth and green hair tone it down. It's not worth the PTSD inflicked behavior...
