Disappointing Experience at MOD Pizza

I recently visited MOD Pizza with my wife, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. We were completely ignored upon arrival, and the wait was unreasonably long. Despite our patience, we eventually decided to leave and went to grab tacos elsewhere.

Service Ignored: The lack of attention from the staff was disappointing. As customers, we expect at least basic acknowledgment when we walk in.

Excessive Wait: Waiting for an extended period without any updates or assistance is frustrating. We felt undervalued as patrons.

Alternative Choice: In the end, we opted for another dining option due to the poor service at MOD Pizza.

Overall, our visit was far from pleasant, and we won't be returning. Hopefully, MOD Pizza can improve its customer service to provide a better experience for...

I order through Door dash, I was excited because I love MOD pizza. Once I got the pizza and opened it IT DID NOT MATCH what I order. I had to double check and it was most def not the correct pizza. I called MOD pizza to let them know. All the ASSISTANT manager could say was I UNDERSTAND and asked if I could pick up the remade pizza. I advised her that I am at work and unable to pick it up. She stated well I can give you a refund. I am a women that is pregnant at work with no lunch. I asked how long would it be for the refund. She was unsure and asked another worker. Assistant Manager and you don't know that question OK. I was also told that the manager was not there until tomorrow morning. I have never had an issue with MOD PIZZA I love their pizza better than any other place .But with this service I will not be back to this location.

I visited this location today with my daughter I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 drinks to go I only received one pizza I asked about the second pizza which I was told that it was not ready yet I waited on the second pizza to come it never came no one said anything to me about the pizza. By this time the first pizza that was given to me was cold I just went to the counter and asked for my money back for the second pizza.No one ever apologize or tried to accommodate me in any way . I am not the type of person who is going to make problem for anyone but they should have at least said something to me...
