Mr Gatti's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

I generally like this location of Mr gattis only because I've been coming here for over 10 years. Honestly I would give more stars but after this weekend and losing alot of tickets I had saved up on my son's game card. I will not be coming back. I've noticed over the last few weekends my son and I have brought one of his friends to play and eat here that alot of the games ate always out of service. Last weekend they were working on 3 different games that were down. Long story short we come every weekend and save tickets had 2500 tickets left on our game card. First the guy at the prize desk misplaced my cards then found then after we got all our prizes we had roughly 2500 left. I'm here this weekend and I check all of my game cards and every single one has 0 ticket balance. So alot of money I waste to come here every weekend with my son and I won't spend another dollar here. This location is getting more and more run down every weekend. Need to clean this place up and make it worth people like myself to come spend over $100 every Saturday and most Sundays just to have...

In an ever-changing world, it is such a blessing to be able to return to a restaurant that has been a part of your life and a part of your community for years. Stopped by last night to have dinner with a friend and it amazes me that throughout time this place has only gotten better. They have upgraded the interior dining area and yet children and teenagers are still running to go play the video games. And now their parents are sitting there able to watch televised Sports programs all while enjoying the better than ever selection at the buffet. This family has done a remarkable job keeping Mr Gatti's a landmark in our community. The food is always hot and fresh with a wide variety of items on the salad and pasta bar. And it never ceases to amaze me that if it's been 2 days or 6 months since I was last there, they always seem to know exactly what my favorite is and they will show up delivering a plate of it to my table. The world needs more small business owners that care about...

Sadly, this place has changed! This used to be my favorite spot, my family and I would come to this spot for more than over 15+ years. Came by today with my family and received horrible service, don’t even feel comfortable coming here anymore. Extremely sad, by the comment I was told by one of the employees named Candi “siempre se acaba toda la comida” this comment not only was hurtful but made me emotionally awful. For the last couple months coming here we have received rude gestures by the employees named Candy and Alejandra. I have also been informed by an employee that they are not even receiving a proper lunch break as well as a restroom break. I don’t think this is acceptable at all and something should be done!
