Mr Gatti's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

We ordered delivery tonight at 7:58pm and the website said it would be out for delivery in approximately 45 minutes. I got a text from Door Dash at 8:59pm that our order would be delivered by 9:43pm. I called the location and the employee who answered the phone had to go get someone else who only apologized for it running late and didn't give me any reason on why, and said it would be out for delivery within the next 40 minutes. Frustrated, I called back again around 9:15pm, same initial employee answers and when asked how old the pizza was that was being delivered, she couldn't give me an answer. I asked to speak to a manager who explained that if the dasher deliverer doesn't come within 30 minutes of the pizza being made, they'd remake it, and that my order was picked up. Delivery came and went smoothly. When we got the order at 9:30pm, the pizza and cheese bread were barely luke warm, the wings were burnt on one side and the breading was soggy on the other like it had been sitting for quite awhile. I was also missing the marinara I ordered. The only decent thing in the order was the bottle of soda. I don't think we'll be choosing Gattis pizza again anytime soon. Pizza was kinda late but driver was extremely friendly. The problem came when I opened the pizza. My thin crust was burnt and the cinnamon sticks were horrible, they were burnt and had just random cinnamon trying to cover it being burnt. Once I called to complain the first young man said that I had to pay for the order. After I explained to him twice that I did pay for the order and that the driver just left, I guess he went to get the manager Valerie. After I re explained what my complaint was, she placed me on hold and came back to say that she asked her insider who said the food was not burnt. She basically called me a liar and I do not appreciate that. On top of that she didn't even apologize nor offer to remake the food, she said something about a credit and I declined and asked to have it remade because I had just spend $30+. Meat pieces on my Vegetarian Sampler Pizza Very bad experience with my pizza yesterday night.Initially ordered the pizza online and when went to pick up the cashier says he can't find my order and I have to order again.(I get this Technical issue happens).He took my order through the driveway and got pizza after around 15 min.I was kind of happy that it was ready quickly.But that happiness didn't last for long time.When came home and started eating pizza ,after eating few bites realized that it was under-cooked.The story didn't end there and my wife noticed that there were few Meat pieces here and there on the pizza.We are strictly vegetarian family was very upset...
