How do you run out of biscuits at breakfast? Fine, not a big deal, I'll just order something else. After paying at window I still waited a long time for my order, only to have to see the front counter because I was missing a sandwich. Sandwich that was originally missing was cold, even through the rest of my order was warm. Opened my orders of hashbrowns and a full order and half of another was filled with crumbs. At least tell me you don't have hashbrowns and give me the option to substitute or to not pay for an extra order of hashbrowns. I was nice about there not being biscuits so there was no excuse to not be told they would be scraping up the last bits to make an order of hashbrowns. This location has been getting kinks out for too long at this point. From my experience other locations never had these ridiculous issues at opening. To top it off I tried to complain on the app or at least to the store but the store doesn't have a number listed yet and the app has to have a store associated phone number. They couldn't do simple things like give me the right amount of straws. Besides the hashbrowns everything else on its own is not that big of a deal but for everything to happen all at once shows the lack of training...
Read moreUPDATE 11/03/23 Stopped by for lunch. My kids bday week & they wanted to eat here. Had lunch around 11a.m Good customer service & fresh food. We were waiting for our order & an employee offered us a free sample of a new iced coffee coming Nov 13th I believe. I was peppermint coffee. Not bad. Seemed water down & lack sugar. Possibly since it was sample. Then another young lady gave us 3 breakfast coupon type for free entree. Much appreciated!
1st time experience at this location. We went around 10:45a.m. Business was steady. They had a line of 4 guests, we were the 5th. They only had 1 cashier & several team members standing around. 5-8 minutes later they opened a second register. Employees don't greet or even smile as if you're bothering them. After placing order it took a while to receive our order. I was gonna complain, but since our food was hot & fresh I understood & let it go. Employees walk around but don't ask if you need anything. I did observe a employee that had her family there & she kept checking on them. I truly believe in off days...
Read moreWhen I go to Chic-fil-a, I’ve come to expect incredibly fast and accurate. This fil-a has none of that. Drive in was excruciatingly slow (and it wasn’t even a busy time).
I watched from the window while a blue-shirt (I assume manager/team leader) wiped his face and nose then grabbed napkins and put in my bag!
Pulled away and checked my meal and the breakfast biscuit had cheese on it after I asked (twice) for no cheese.
Pulled around and went in. Blue shirt noticed me and didn’t come over. Someone else addressed my issue. They informed blue shirt of the order issue and he did nothing. They did offer me a cookie or brownie for my effort, but I would’ve expected the manager to pop over real quick to apologize and pledge to look into it (typical placating move any manager who gives a hoot about the customer would have done).
Stay away from this Chic-Fil-A… if management will wipe his nose then touch your napkins, who knows what else they let them get away with at...
