While the majority of the dishes at REDDS Restaurant meet expectations, there is room for improvement in the seafood and chili dog offerings.    Read moreI am forever down to support a family owned business however after my experience at Redds I will be sure to always take review into further consideration. Iâd been to Redds twice before the horrible encounter that was taken place. We chose this place solely due the experiences weâd had in the past, not realizing in the past weâd only encountered the owner, during lunch, in an empty restaurant. The service was horrible. Ari and Shawn had attitudes as if we were unwelcome and showed up to their house unannounced. Not one smile. Every comment was nonchalant and dry. They started off taking our orders at the table but after Ari sat behind the bar and whispered the entire time about paying customers it was then changed to âyou guys must get up and order your food at the bar.â Mind you, there are two servers. Empty restaurant. It was so bad at one point a random guy at the bar noticed me attempting to get Aris attention and her ignoring our party that he flagged her down and stated âshe needs youâ. She looked at our table rolled her eyes and told Shawn to come over because she wasnât coming to our group anymore. I am a very understanding person so Iâm usually fine with servers getting overwhelmed however this was just a nasty environment. I have to keep in mind when many places are family owned they value ties to their family more than their paying customers. I didnât order food due to the horrible service. However my family said it was decent so shoutout to the cook. Sucks that the love put into the meals isnât served to the customers in the same manner. The drinks were also horrible to top it off. Iâd take a bad drink over bad service any day but both is insane. Iâm not the one to write reviews but trust me when going to Redds you will experience the exact service that these comments...
Read moreI have visted this place three times. The first time my partner and i went there was only two other people there. The food came out within 20 minutes, food was fresh. Each plate was about $24. We each had the Kennedy dinner with 4 wings. Food was worth the price however sweets tea was extreamly high $5 per cup. The second visit we came in and ordered the same meal. It took over an hour and a half, not exaggerating to be served. Servee asked for our order multiple times. We ordered the Kennedy again this time the dinner only came with 3 wings. But side portions were bigger (greens, loaded potatoes andctx toast) this time potatoes were tasteless. Dispite the second visit we tried the place a third and last time. For some reason the music was extremely loud. Upon arrival we asked to place our order the young lady advised that she would go get our order, thinking we placed an order ahead of time. We let her know multiple time that we wanted to place an order but this is not her fault as the music was extreamly loud. Finally we got our Kennedy dinners and this was when we decided we will not be returning. The Kennedy dinner chicken count changed again. The chicken was not even done the chicken had a crust coating on it but the actual chicken skin was like biting into flesh. It was disgusting as the checken was undercooked when you broke the xhecken in half we found that it was still raw. We were not provided a refund or remake we paid our tab but will not be returning.
Atmosphere is ok music so loud you can not have a conversation with the person next to you. Service is ok depending on who you get. The really slim lady at the bar is sort or rude and has a offputting attitude. The most important thing to me isvthe quality of what i pay for, and this is not it. food and pricing is...
