This spot has great potential. I had the pleasure of meeting Peter for my first visit. He was very friendly and patient. He made me feel like I was welcomed and that my hard earned dollars matter.
Unfortunately, the food was disappointing.
My order: 2 House specials one with vegetable fried rice and the other with fries. Flavor choice was K Sweet and Spicy, the other, Hot Lemon Pepper. The Sweet and Spicy flavor was good however the texture of the sauce was a bit gritty for me, more consistent with a rub. The hot lemon pepper was ok. My wings were very soggy. Once I arrived to my destination, I put them in the air fryer. The rice was not something I would try again and the fries were cold and limp. I did like the spring rolls! K Bistro has affordable prices and lots of options. Looking at the reviews, I’m hoping this was just an off day. Great customer service can only take you so far but I’m wishing this...
Read moreK Bistro is a hidden gem, a true hole-in-the-wall spot, serving up some of the best wings and fried rice I’ve had in a long time. As a self-proclaimed chicken connoisseur, I was excited to try their wings, and they did not disappoint. I went for the 10-piece combo, choosing Garlic Parmesan and K-Hot flavors.
The Garlic Parmesan was solid—I’d give it a 4/5. It had a nice balance of garlic and cheesy goodness, though it didn’t blow me away. The K-Hot flavor, however, was on another level—a perfect 5/5. It was spicy, flavorful, and everything I could ask for in a hot wing.
Now, let me tell you about the fried rice. It’s the real star of the show. Packed with incredible flavor and generous pieces of tender chicken, it was absolutely unforgettable. Honestly, I’d come back for the fried rice alone.
Overall, K Bistro is a must-try for wing lovers and fried rice enthusiasts alike. 10/10—I’ll definitely be...
Read moreThe food here is not good. Gobsmacked by the 5.0 star rating on Google. The shrimp fried rice had no flavor, no peas, no carrots, no bean sprouts, no onions, NOTHING but tiny tasteless shrimp and sautéed rice. The basic shrimp fried rice recipe has peas and carrots. How dare you just remove 2 of the 4 main ingredients? Some people like vegetables. I would have preferred the decision to have peas and carrots in my rice not be made for me. The wings were dry and a bit tough most likely because they were overcooked. The sauce gave me a sweet ketchup vibe. I ordered sweet and spicy wings but got sweet with no heat. This was an egregious experience. I feel taken advantage of and tricked by those ratings. I hate when people with bad taste in food leave a rating. K-Bistro I strongly advise you to go back to the menu board and...
