Visited on 8/12/23 at around 1:40pm. First observation was the smell inside. It smells like rotten produce but appears clean. Maybe a good deep cleaning would be helpful.
I ordered a 32oz and received a 20oz. The person in charge did attempt to fix it which I was thankful for, but her "fixing" it consisted of only adding more ice to it to make up the additional 12oz. I was about 5 minutes away when I realized how diluted it was and it barely had any flavor. I get the same thing all the time and it was clearly not made properly. I was just fine with them remaking it, I wasnt upset at all! When I returned and explained what happened, the lead employee first started a side conversation with another employee about me, while I was standing right there, and had the nerve to have an issue with the fact that I returned the smoothie, then tried to blame it on the other two girls. She even and tried to justify the mistake by saying that this is how corporate instructed them to handle the situation. They were backed up in the drivethru which I understand can be overwhelming. I'm a business owner and understanding giving grace for things like this, but I would have had much more respect for her had she just taken responsibility, apologized, and remade the smoothie rather than trying to argue her case with me. Her customer service lacks severely!

I ordered a lean 1 vanilla sub blueberries for bananas and add frozen yogurt. Smoothie tasted bad was watery and tasted like bananas. after the first remake i asked her if she put bananas in it because it tasted like bananas again and she got an attitude and asked if i didn't want bananas in it and said i asked for it without protein for some reason (we didn't hear her correctly when she repeated the order i guess) but she was rude, told us thats what we ordered, like we dont know what we ordered? and said she repeated it twice, like ok it was a misunderstanding there's absolutely no reason to act so bothered about it especially when we mentioned nothing about protein so i don't know how she got that and i was trying to be nice with the situation but when i asked her to remake it (because it tasted horrible) she said remake it? Like thats not exactly what she's supposed to do? Her tone was condescending and ugly and no way to treat a customer. as someone who worked at smoothie king for almost 2 years i can understand a misunderstanding at the drive-thru but i also know that when a customer isn't satisfied we would have to remake it no ifs or buts so i was extremely disappointed to be treated like that when I know thats not...
