I gave them four stars because the first time that I visited the store was great. It was my first time visiting this Ross sense it open and I can honestly say it was a great experience. I want to take a moment an thank Glenda & Dewy for all the help they provided my husband,family and I. I really appreciated the great help. I look forward to seeing them again soon. All the stuff we bought had a great price. Everything is well organized and you can honestly find all type of stuff for yourself,home,patio,kitchen and more.

The last time I visited the store was yesterday 01/30/2020 and it was the worst experience ever first I ask one of the workers if she could check something for me and she was just so rude and said no so I was like OK thank you. Then I found another worker and I asked her the same thing and she said no. I only needed a price check because the item didn’t have a price tag that was all I needed and what I got is route service from Yareli. Whoever is in charge of hiring people needs to do...

I am so disappointed 😔 I am a pregnant 🤰🏻 lady with a small baby I went to the restroom 🚽 and the lady who was there( 1/24/2020 @ 2:35pm )told me the restrooms were not available, she said if you need to change the baby you can go to the fitting rooms and change him there! What 😡?????!!!! I needed to use the restroom and I really do not like to explain someone that my bladder gets full really soon because I’m pregnant 🤰🏻, I felt so humiliated, I am not use to ask someone for permission or beg to use the restroom.
