I will never forget how careless this person was with my relatives health and how callously they treated our family . This psychiatrist refused to help us at all when my relative was in crisis. Then pretended it was our fault " I was wondering why I hadn't heard from the family." dr sethna eventually refused to see my family member as they got worse. They spent years afterward cycling in and out of the psychiatric hospitals. While not all of this is to blame on the Dr it's pretty clear that recommending some in patient care before could have stopped things from completely spinning out. It's years with her we'll never get back and bc of the nature of her illness she'll never quite be the same. Sigh.. so if you're looking for medication management so you can stay stable and need someone you can trust do not look here. My realtive has found an alternative that better fits their needs through mhmra. While I am grateful for this, it's hard not to wonder if the past seven or so years could have been avoided. Maybe my relative wouldn't have had to pay such a high price for...

Here is the thing. The actual doctors, the actual professionals that work here are amazing. I have nothing but positive things to say about the work they do. Unfortunately, this office has made the grave choice of using an external call agency to collect peoples information before screening them over to the doctors and receptionist. And dear lord do I have absolutely nothing but the worst to say about this agency, to the point where I considering giving this review 1 star.

Without going to ultra specific detail, these incredibly rude people constantly put me on hold, had an incredibly condesending and rude tone, and the specific rep I talked to had the audacity to immediately, intentionally, and most of all RUDELY put me on hold when I simply told her to be mindful of her tone considering I was going through a medical emergency. This agency is a joke and should not be working in this industry, but it is what it is. If this office considers dropping them I will gladly update this review to 5 stars, but until then it will...

Dr. Sethna has been treating me since I was a teenager. I am now 27. She has consecutively gone above and beyond to understand my mental health needs. I have never felt like a science project as I did with numerous doctors before I met her. Dr. Sethna has been open and honest about my treatment plan, and will not hesitate to adjust or fix anything if I feel something is not right. With her, I feel I have a voice. I plan to stick with her until she retires. Thank you, Dr. Sethna, for all that you do.

My only complaint would be that her staff sure do take their sweet time getting back to you if you leave a message for the answering service! Be prepared to wait a day or two, possibly longer.

The 5 stars are for Dr. Sethna. If I could, I would have to give the reception...
