I went in today for the 10lb bag of leg quarters. I checked the sales flyer to see if there was a limit. The flyer said nothing about a limit. So when I went to the display where the leg quarters were again I checked if there was a limit again NO SIGNAGE. There wasn't even a sale price tag by the chicken. So when I went to self checkout I notified the cashier that it was ringing up at regular price of $5.90 which the sale price was $3.90. I was purchasing 5 bags. She tells me that I have to enter my rewards number which I had already done, and if she was any good at her job she would have noticed that. She then proceeds to tell me the discount will be applied once I cash out, guess what it only discounted $4 instead of $10 so she calls someone that told her there was a limit of 2. So there I go cause I checked for limits in both the flyer and the display. So she calls the manager. He didn't apologize after she told him this lady not customer but this lady says her chicken didn't ring up right. He tells me we have the right to reserve limits. I said of course you do but shouldn't it be posted. He tells me NO. WTF Then after what seemed like an eternity he tells her to refund me $2 🤔 the correct refund was supposed to be $6. The self checkout person got very upset and said I'm just gonna let customer service do it. These people are so unprofessional and can't do simple math. Definitely won't be back. Sorry for the super long review but I'm a lil heated. They made me feel like I was stealing something. I wish there was an option...

I give 2 stars for convenience being 5 minutes away from my apartment. Been shopping at this location on and off for 12yrs and it has taken a turn for the worst over the years.

First complaint: always seems poorly stocked especially during the week at peak evening shopping hours (4-7pm)

Second complaint: all the homeless people that loiter outside and walk around the store i feel like im shopping at a homeless shelter and feel unsafe more so at night when walking out into the parking lot and being apporached by said homeless folks asking for money or trying to sell me something. I understand why this is a major problem this location is seated next to I-45 where most of them probably hangout and panhandel through out the day. I did notice a change of security measures like doing away with security guard officers replacing them with HPD police officers this is the only improvement worth mentioning

Third complaint: the cashier staff seems not trained in customer service they are more engaged with chatting amongst themselves yelling 2 cash registers down for someone and not being polite. I had a cashier ask me to pick up and put my own pack of water in the basket cause she didn't want to pick it up from the conveyer belt cause she didnt want to break her nails?!? thats unacceptable! i just brought over $100 worth of groceries the least thing you can do is pick it up and put it in the basket for me lazy! If these things dont change then im spending my money...

If I could give zero stars, I would. Showed up at 3:50pm to customer service line— needed a fix on a transaction and two money orders. Walked away with nothing. The store employee in customer service says she’s closed. I asked if there is someone replacing her after her shift is over. She says there will not be & that she was supposed to get off at 3p. Mind you, customer services closes at 8p. I ask for the manager and someone who is NOT the manager comes to tell me that there is no one else in the store who knows how to work customer service. I ask, “the store manager who runs the store does not know how to operate customer service?” She says “no.” That’s disappointing to say the least. So because of a lack of personnel, the PILLAR of any great company, customer service, was POOR today. I will not return to this location even if it’s convenient for me. Pure disorganization and lack of competency with staff. Next time, when someone asks for the manager at customer service, don’t send whomever. Way to take care of your customers and way to offer a solution instead of, “I’m ready to get off. No one is coming to help you. There’s nothing we can do.” That’s how you successfully ruin reputation and low retention numbers in your stores. I’ll take my business to HEB...

This is the closest Kroger's to us. And we like it, at certain times/days they can be packed. But that's most stores. We like this one because we get our sushi here. And we like that on some occasions they offer free samples of sushi. They have a deli with a few small tables, you can get something hot to eat or cold to eat and sit down and have a quick lunch at a reasonable price. The prices are reasonable we get a lot of the stores products because they taste just the same if not better than name brands. We love ice cream!! The customer service booth is a wait, on certain days and times. But I find people to talk to OR you can take the time and clean out your emails off your phone. Everyone that works there is helpful and everyone has their days. Overall I say Great place to stop in for a quick bite. **Note my pictures are of the times we have sushi night!! The Panda cookies can be found in the international selection of food. And the chop sticks come free with the purchase of dumplings or sushi

By far the worst person to represent kroger. She was rude to myself and the customer in front of me. She yelled and belittles the customer in front of me cause she only had a hundred dollar bill. The customer looked so shamed and look as if she wanted to cry. Then it was my turn. A bagger did approach me and ask to bag my groceries but I asked him if I could do it myself. But the cashier didn't like that due to the attitude I received the whole time after. Note I know how to bag and very quickly, may I add. And she rudely slammed the door that leads to the bagging area literally trys to push me out the way when all I had left were water bottles and two 2 liter cokes. TF! I and I asked her if she was new and she smirking and says NO! I've been here over 10 years. .....HOW? She doesn't appreciate customer and is rude. I added a picture of the rude cashier.

I come here way too often. They've cleaned house recently and now they have fully staffed departments with friendlier people. I just go, shop and hurry out before someone tries to sell me music or DVDs in the parking lot. My only complaint is that they don't keep the grounds well. Often times I come and there are carts blocking parking spaces or trash in the lot despite the trash cans provided. This truly isnt their fault but these customers clearly dont appreciate what they have. I see you trying Kroger. I blame the community for their lack decency and pride. I commend you all for maintaining what you have.
