first the damn music is so loud that you can barely here yourself talk. then when you get pastries watch what your getting because when they run out of one flavor they'll replace it with another kind but they don't bother to change the signs. another thing is a Cuban sandwich doesn't take ketchup and mayonnaise but they didn't bother to put that in the menu, that their version of a so called cuban sandwich comes with ketchup and mayonnaise. and the server didn't really give a damn when i ordered croquetas and i specified to her that i didn't want the homemade croquetas i wanted the catalina that they sell by the box and she specifically said that the Catalina is the ones they made. and what i got was homemade crap. and when i brought it to her attention that the pastries where wrongly labeled she plainly said oh yeah we just fill it in with whatever we have. and that the croquetas where the same thing. and when i mentioned that the Cuban sandwich had mayonnaise and ketchup her response was yeah that's how we make them. i said to her, you guys ever thought of putting that in the menu. because a cuban sandwich doesn't take ketchup and mayonnaise. all i got was silence. and through out this whole ordeal i didn't hear an apology or any effort to refund my money for 10 wrongly labeled pastries or anything of that sort. it was like too bad not our problem. so i strongly suggest to ask about anything you think about getting. we spent almost $90 and the only thing that was good was the cuban bread and the box of frozen croquetas and plantains we got the rest was some was fed to the dog and...
Read moreStale Bread and horrible customer service are the 2 main reasons why I'll never return to this place. The second we walked in we were getting dirty looks, if they don't want outsiders visiting then put up a sign that says "Cuban People Only" the employees did not make us feel welcomed. It was our first time going and we obviously had questions but every response we recieved was with a bad attitude. MOST of the menu items were NOT available. Eventually we ordered 2 sandwiches and a few pastries and drinks. After a long wait we got our food and went home. This place was a huge disappointment, the meat in our Cuban sandwiches was bland and the bread was stale. The pastries were good, but overall I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone....
Read moreI've been eating here since the first opened and the quality and consistency has never gone down. Everything here is priced reasonably you definitely get your money's worth here. Especially for the Cuban sandwich they don't skimp on any of the meat it's easily enough food for two meals for the price of one.
The bakery has changed in a good way and expanded into a full market, primarily with Cuban food. They have a large selection of items that are available both fresh and frozen.
The staff is also super friendly and nice here and they have great business hours especially for a place that is labeled as a bakery.
I highly recommend coming here and checking out all the delicious food they have you won't be...
