I put my order in online, I got a call about 5 mins later saying they do not deliver to my area, I ask the lady why all of sudden did you stop. She was very dry and kept saying we don't deliver to your area. I explain to her we order every week and have never had a problem. I ask can we meet the driver outside. She told me that she will call the manager and ask if this was okay and call me back. We waited 47 mins before I called her back. A man answer the phone I explain to him that we were waiting on a phone call back from a lady about our delivery. He let on she was a manager. We waited a couple mins and the phone hung up. I called back again. She pick up, said supposedly she talk to the manager and he said no to us meeting the driver and they don't deliver to our area. I then ask her were you not going to call me back to let me know like you told me you would, a long pause and she stumble her words out that I beat her to the punch 47 mins later. Read moreI had placed an order through the app. My order said it would be delivered by 10:09 pm. I used the tracker on the app to track my order. It then said delivered but there was no order at my hotel’s front desk nor did it show up at my hotel room door. I have called 11 times & sat on hold for over an hours period of time. I am beyond frustrated/disappointed. You call the customer service number and there’s no help there either, they just tell you to call your local store for more details. This is very unprofessional and very pathetic that they tell you that your order is delivered and you have no order. You call and they don’t answer the phone it keeps getting put on hold. I had my sister call from her phone as well and she kept getting put on hold. Nobody even answered the phone to say “this is so and so can you please hold” . I have been waiting over 2 hours for an order with no explanation on why i never received it. I will be calling first thing in the morning and or going up there to talk to a manager. Read moreFor the first time in almost ten years, I had a problem with this store. Took a road trip last week and got back to Houston a little after 8pm. Around 8:30pm, my Dad asked me to get him a pizza since I was still out and about. I had to pass Papa John's so I told my Mom I'd just stop and get it there. To my surprise, they refused to take my order!! Apparently, it's corporate policy that they stop taking carryout orders at 8:25pm, even though the lobby doesn't close until 9pm. But guess what?!
