I called to order and Sofy was very rude and short. My order.. 1 loaded 1 loaded + avocado 1 bacon egg cheese 1 potato avocado cheese 1 bean and cheese

I went to ask for some salsa as well but she goes "ok" and hung up ..fine they're busy.

So I get there, only one there, and ask for the order with 5 tacos. Husband hands me the bag. I give my card to the son to pay. I apologized because she had to yell at him to come over and take the card. I told the son next time I'll bring cash. I tipped them too. I walk to my car (on the property), looked through the tacos and one was missing.

(I paid 12.50 so I NEEDED to pay for ONE MORE taco)

I went back for the potato avocado and cheese. I asked the taco. Another customer pulls up behind. Husband says "$3". I hold up my card. She says something and he recites "It's $5 minimum on card"

I asked if they could excuse it this time because she had forgotten to put my la... Nope she cut me off came to the window and says "Oh no well then bye no taco."

She then asks for the next customers order who ordered.. I'm just standing there like wtflip? So I go back to look for change or anything. I found a $5 in the car.

I wait for the customer to order and walk up and husband asks what would I like. I recite to Sofy what I wanted and she says no. I hold up the $5 and then she didn't answer. I then pulled out my phone to start recording because I couldn't believe this. The husband asked me what would I want again. I tell him. She cuts me off yelling that she already made my taco. She says more stuff to him in Spanish which I found out she was telling him he doesn't think when customers are here and getting mad at him.

I get my taco and go.

Just got home and upon further examination they mix matched the tacos so we had to rearrange them.

They really need a POS (point of sale) machine or something to keep track of orders. They don't recite the order back because theyre not even sure they heard it right. They just hang up to get off the phone and then giving this attitude in person is wild.

Customer service is trash. Watered down fake salsa

Never.. ever giving them a cent in my life again. Her attitude is why they will never leave the neighborhood with...

I used to love this place. The food was great, and the prices were good. However, I went last Friday, and I will not be returning. I asked for a loaded breakfast burrito (it isn't on the menu), and the guy at the window told me it was $14. Just for the burrito. I was starving, so I said ok (thinking it would also be HUGE). When it was done, he called me to the window and said "how much did I tell you it was again?" That's weird... if it's a consistent price, why did he not know how much they charge? I got the impression he just charges what he feels like at the moment. Additionally, the burrito was sub par. The tortilla was stale, most of the filling was beans, and it was the size of 1.5 tacos. I ended up throwing it out and dropping by Torchy's for a huge $5 breakfast taco. I'm all about supporting small businesses, but when they do stuff like this, they're setting their business up for failure... especially in...

This was my 1st Time visiting this taco truck. Before I even comment on the food.I want to comment on the Owner and the other gentleman that was in the food truck with her I did not catch his name.and there was another gentleman there that was eating outside I did not catch his name. he had kindly brought my drinks to me. Everyone was so warming and welcoming. The owner is so sweet and down to earth I just love her spirit. Now on to the review about my food lol. I ordered three breakfast tacos one potato egg and cheese and two bacon egg cheese and beans. All three were very fulfilling a nice fulfilling size. The tortillas are so homemade you can smell them. I love homemade tortillas. This is real authentic and they have a NEW customer now. I hate I live across town but when I am on this side I definitely will make a point to stop.AND SHES...

I finally had a chance to try the breakfast tacos at Sofy’s. I had the loaded taco with beans, eggs, cheese, and bacon. I believe that the tortillas are hand-made and not purchased from a nationwide vendor. The tortillas also seemed fluffier compared to other tortillas offered by the chains nearby. The bacon was surprisingly still crispy even after the drive to the office yet not over cooked. The hot salsa was a great addition to the taco. It definitely had some bite but wasn’t too spicy. I would have liked the other ingredients to stand out a bit as they seemed to play a lesser role in the overall flavor. It’s a solid breakfast taco if you are nearby and prefer something other than the chain restaurant offerings.

We are here for a weekend softball tournament and I always try to find away to support a local business. I found this on a review site and said I’m going. The minute I walked up I was greeted with a big smile, I let them know I was from out of town and the next thing I knew I was giving a taco to sample! The tortillas are homemade like my grandmother’s!! I have been to a lot of taco places but this one is ranked at the top!!! #1 The potato and eggs melted in my mouth. The Barbacoa taco was amazing!!! If you’re in the area I recommend stopping by and giving this family business a try!!!
