As a Starbucks partner I was truly disappointed by the way my friends and I were treated at this location. Around 8:30 we arrived in store and decided to take advantage of the 50% off ice drinks. My sister ordered a grande strawberry acai frozen refresher and I got a tall caramel ribbon crunch. We waited in line for nearly 15 minutes before our orders were taken, granted the group in front of us were trying to figure out how to purchase a cup. Both my friend and I had time to go to the bathroom and by the time we got out we still waited. I felt it would be easier to have the drinks under one order (mine). I asked about my partner discount along with using my Starbucks app and there was no issue there however, we waited another 20 minutes for our drinks. There were only 9 people in the cafe (4 of them being my friends and I) and maybe only 2 cars in drive thru. When I picked up my drinks there was another young women asking the barista a question. She had ordered a pink drink with vsccf. Her drink appeared to just be a strawberry acai with cold foam. The barista replied “it probably was just sitting too long and the milk separated” once again, I currently work for Starbucks and I know how a pink drink looks like, even when the milk does separate, and that was not it. I agreed with the young woman and said “yeah it does look a bit off” and the barista groaned and said “I can remake it” with a slight attitude. I understand it was night and she might have had a long day but that is no excuse for being rude to a guest when she just wanted to make sure her drink was made properly. To top off this experience, our drinks were made incorrectly too. My sisters drink was blended incorrectly and had sharp pieces of ice that somehow tasted foul. Mine had an overwhelming amount of caramel on the bottom that it made it hard to drink out of a straw. I have never been provoked to write a google review, let alone a negative one, and I truly hope that something changes...
Read moreContemplated writing this review but this has literally been the 4th time this location “didn’t see my mobile order” and it’s not made by the time I get there. I absolutely love the convenience of the mobile app. I work a little further down the road so it’s easy to order while I’m leaving home and then pop in and grab my stuff and head out to work. Recently, I went in as usual to pick up my mobile order (mind you I actually thought I was running late for this order) and immediately noticed it wasn’t on the counter like it should’ve been. I stood there for a good 5/6 mins until a barista noticed me waiting and asked what I was waiting on. I let her know my name and it was a mobile order. She then quickly grabs the ticket from the printer and tells me “uh it’ll be right out” I didn’t say anything bc I’m not that person to complain in public, but this was extremely frustrating. Looking down at my phone I realized I was going to be late to work due to this extra wait time. Eventually, about 7 minutes later, the same barista tells me that my drink is almost done, but they’re out of the breakfast sandwich I’d ordered (Not sure why it took her a while to let me know this) I then asked for a different sandwich and brushed it off. She comes back again with my drink and tells me my food will be ready soon. About another 5 minutes go by and she comes up to the counter again and tells me “sorry were out of that too” I then realize I’m already late for work and just told her never mind bc I had to go. She at least gave me a gift card with store credit on it but I was still in that store for at least 20 minutes and LATE to work, when it should’ve been a quick in and out, especially for a mobile order. It’s happened way to often here, so if you mobile order make sure you have extra...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped in to grab coffee in the evening. We were about to begin a big project at home. I didn’t “taste” it right away because of the temperature. If I WOULD HAVE....I would’ve handed it right back to them! My “double” tall skinny vanilla latte with only 2 pumps of the SF syrup. (They usually put 3 and this was supposed to be TWO shots of espresso) was basically flavored sweet water with a kind of perfume taste! NO espresso or maybe it was watered grounds? It didn’t even taste like coffee?! Even though he repeated everything back to me correctly while handing me my cup!?
The guy who took our order was not knowledgeable. But hey, we gave him ‘grace’, maybe he’s “new”? But he seemed not to really care anyway! No apologies or smiling face. Forgot to give us our bakery goods. We had to ask for them after receiving our “drink”.
They we’re not busy at all! I’m a faithful SB customer and just found this whole experience so disappointing!! Oh-I also tried to call the store to let them know. The phone number listed ‘online’ is an 800# to which I got a message it wasn’t valid. Looked on my receipt, called THAT number a couple of times! I finally just let it ring & ring after double checking their store hours..open till “11pm”. My visit was at 9:20pm, tried calling @ 10:38 and 10:40. (We live about 30 min away) Finally after an incredible long time of ringing..a message came on that said the “wireless customer” was not a working #? Or something like that? #BadEverything
Sorry StarBucks! I just wanna save ur reputation! Probably won’t be returning to...
