If i could give negative stars i would!!! this salon is very unprofessional, they have refused me service because āi didnāt payā when their nail technicians donāt not how to do their jobs. Iāve been kept for longer than 2 hrs to get my nails done. Iāve always shown a picture of how i want my nails done and everytime Yen had told me she could do it. I wish i had a picture because she kept asking me if āi liked itā and the way she did my nails looked horrible and not at all what i was asking for. And when she asked me if i wanted something else after already being there for 2 1/2 hours i showed her something else i wanted and she messed that up too!!! finally i told her that i would just leave with plain white nails and this was an hour and a half after closing and then without communicating with me or even an apology the receptionist expected me to pay for the price of the original nails i wanted with french tip & design when i only had white shellac on. Yen then told her to let me go so BECAUSE THE NAIL TECH TOLD ME NOT TO PAY IN FRONT OF THE RECEPTIONIST WHOM OF WHICH IS THE MANAGER NOW, I LEFT. Coming back I asked for another nail tech and i actually liked her work and her patience but one day I came in as a walk in as iāve done multiple times before and asked if she had any availability because i didnāt have an appointment they said yes and that they could take me without telling me that she had a customer coming in soon. So while Iām getting my set removed and finding a color I want they tell me they canāt finish my nails because the appointment she had is here now. Now i would have never sat down and taken up someoneās time to one if they were already booked and two if i could not receive a full treatment. But as any other business if a technician is not done with their current client regardless of the time or appointment next they should always finish the service they are currently working on. So i am told to leave and come back with nothing on my nails but acetone. The nail tech that had been tending to me tells me as well DONT WORRY ABOUT PAYING ANYTHING BECAUSE IM SO SORRY ABOUT THIS BUT MY CUSTOMER IS HERE. regardless of how i felt i appreciated her apology and left. Now they are trying to tell me that i can no longer receive any services because I DECIDED TO NOT PAY WHEN THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!!! We get there at 2:30 for our appointment and are told it will be at least a 20 minute wait. When asked why since we had an appointment she said because there are 2 walk-in ahead of us that need to be seen, which makes no sense since appointments should take precedence to walk in. 30 mins later we are still waiting, a lady comes in for her 3pm appointment and is taken right back. We asked the front desk ladies why a 3pm appointment is being seen before a 2:30 appointment, and she said itās because their appointment was with a specific technician vs us who didnāt have a preference. After 40 minutes of waiting one in our party had to leave to go home as this wait was just unnecessary and ridiculous. It seems like they were short staffed, which I understand. There have been several times when we call to make an appointment but are told bc they are short staffed they couldnāt fit us in, no harm done. But today, instead Kaylee and Ashton (front desk employees), make our appointments and instead of honoring that appointment are letting walk inās and later appointments go in first, they have no sense of how to manage customers, appointments and walk-in and all would say is thatās how it is. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst salon experience I've ever had! My tech was careless when filling the sides of my nails that she filed right into my pinky, and NOT just a little. My pinky started bleeding, and it hurt. I pointed it out to her, so she proceeded to roughly swipe a cotton ball on it, then disregarded it when using a brush to brush off dust, needless to say burning my cut pinky. She never apologised. Upon leaving I made a complaint to the woman at the front desk. She didn't give an apology either, and insisted on putting a blue liquid on my finger which BURNED so bad! My nails were also crooked, which I had pointed out before my tech dismissed it.
I posted my review on the company's Facebook page only to have one of the employees CURSE at me, call my mother fat white trash etc, and mocking my review. I did a little digging (didn't take much) and found that this same person has been terrorizing EVERYONE with a review lower than 4 stars, often calling them "white trash; b**, ct", etc etc.
The owner does NOTHING about anyone's bad reviews, but is quick to laugh at you when calling with a complaint (as he did to MANY people).
My pinky became infected and the tip turned purple. I had to go to my doctor to get antibiotics. I pointed this out to Cinderella's, and yet the problem was never fixed. They think very poorly of their customers, and completely disregard ALL complaints.
