Starbucks — Restaurant in Texas

By far the worst location I've ever done business at. Only one person there knows how to make drinks, the breakfast food comes out cold or still frozen in the center sometimes, and even ordering through the mobile app has a long wait time. Looking at what's going on behind the counter, it appears to be a huge clusterf*ck and becomes apparent that only maybe two people truly know what they're supposed to be doing, other than walking in circles. Best part about this location? There's no phone number! So, if you do a mobile app order and pick it up on your way to work, but realize once you get in your vehicle that there's a ton of caramel syrup in a drink that calls for none, you cannot even get a refund unless you turn around and become late for work. I appreciate the chain is wide spread and allows me to avoid fried foods. I visit the Alvin location every few weeks. My standard order is a medium chai latte skinny. On my last visit, it was busy because of a one day cup give away. The team remained friendly. They cranked out drinks quickly. I grab a snack every few visits. I like the biscuit with bacon, cranberry bliss bars, chocolate brownie, and protein boxes. I deducted a point for sandwiches that can not be altered. Some folks just hate mayonnaise or mustard. It’s Starbucks, and it has the fru-fru drinks you are looking for. This specific location is 50/50 for getting the drink back to me the way I ordered, however, I have just come to terms that this is more of a specialty drink place and not so much a coffee experience place. They are very hard working here, and are very willing to fix any possible mistakes but I will often not have time to address the mishap and will just roll with it.
