Decided to try this place because we got coupons in the mail for buy one pizza and a drink, get one pizza free. From what I heard, I was expecting it to be similar to Mod pizza. While the flavor was alright, and it was a clean place, I almost considered making this our regular pizza joint since it’s pretty close to us. We had a nice lady greet us and go over the menu with us to tell us different types of crusts and whatnot. So far, so good. Then a man came to help. I wasn’t able to get any names since no one wears name tags so all I know is that this guy had a tattoo of breasts on his forearm which was the first thing I noticed about him. While he was asking for the ingredients I wanted, I felt rushed and he was just all around impatient and rude and had a very short temper any time I asked him questions. Once we finished ordering and paid, we sat down to wait for our pizzas. After I heard my name, I went to go get my pizza as he was cutting it and I saw sauce bottles and immediately thought of the drizzles Mod has so I started looking at the bottles and asked him what drizzles they are. While he was mid-cut on my pizza, he took the pizza cutter and dinged it on the sign a couple times and rudely said “They’re right here!” And continued cutting my pizza with that pizza cutter. I wanted to like this place so bad but I don’t think I could return if this is how I’m going to be treated. If you don’t have the patience to work with people politely, don’t work in customer service. We still have one more coupon so we will try to give it another chance knowing that this could have just been his off day in hopes that we have a better experience but all around, his attitude just ruined the...
Read moreI absolutely LOVE this place! I have multiple severe food allergies and it is pretty hard to find places where I can eat. Blaze is super awesome about handling food allergies and go the extra mile to avoid cross contamination. If you let them know that you have an allergy they will change their gloves, mark your order as needing to be cut with a new pizza cutter, and even go in the back and make your pizza from the unopened foods if you're really worried about cross contamination. They even have special pizza pans that they will use in the pizza oven to avoid cross contamination. They are nut free and clearly label everything! There's even a feature on their website and app where you can select which of the top allergens that you're allergic too, and it will show you everything that is safe for you! I can't say enough about how much I love this place! I was super excited to find a pizza place that I can actually eat at!
Not only are they great about food allergies, but the staff is always so friendly and polite! I've never had a bad experience there and I go often. 😅
Definitely recommend...

Sadly, I feel like this place has gone down hill. Started out as one of my faves and after my last visit I don't think we'll ever go back. The restaurant and food prep area were both a mess and looked dirty. The people working that night didn't look like the kind of people I want preparing my food. Dirty fingernails, greasy dirty hair and clothes, just unclean overall appearance. I was shocked! In addition, something was different about the pizza. Not sure if they changed sauce, but it didn't taste the same. My "All things pizza" loving kids didn't even eat theirs and didn't want to even take it home. My 11 yr old said "Mom this place is gross now!" Bums me out because I really loved it in the beginning.
My new favorite pizza place! Everything was fresh, the sauce flavorful, food prep area and restaurant were clean. We were greeted when we walked in and since it was our first time a friendly employee walked us through the process. We enjoyed it so much we went back a day later. We will definitely add them to our...
