Their manager here is very rude. I’ve dealt with him twice already. The first time he took my order I thought he was jus loud and obnoxious or that I was jus too quiet that he didn’t hear my order, I let it slide. (We all have our bad days)The second time he was rude to me was when he started yelling at me because I asked his coworkers for a specific mug and the two girls happened to be new. So one of them went to the back office and asked him to confirm if they still carry the mug I was asking, this guy came out and started talking over me as I was trying to explain what the mug is I was looking for. He was very snappy and was lacking the Starbucks customer service approach. He snap “I jus came in I don’t even know what you’re talking about” as I was describing the mug. I was honestly shock as how he dealt with me as “the customer.” My bf and I stood there after the convo ended still taken back as how crass he was. Read moreThis is my new local Starbucks.. ive been coming here 3-5 times a week for about 6 months. Unfortunately 80% of the time there is a ‘miscommunication’ with my order, or the grande size comes our 3/4 full… I do usually sit at the window and try it and ask them to amend if it’s wrong .. But for $5.90 for a coffee.. you want the correct product! The drive through here is usually always extremely busy and asking for a correction just makes it longer. Plus it’s double handling the coffee etc which isn’t good in a pandemic.
I’ve once been stuck in this drive thru for 25+ mins just for a coffee! I’ve tried ordering in store which is slightly better .. but even when I order through the app it takes ~12mins to make (unlike the usual 6 whenever i order at another Starbucks through the app). Read moreI typically don't visit this location, but I've come twice now with my husband and both times my order was incorrect. Not wanting to cause waves the first time we just left, and I barely drank it. Today was WORSE! We specified twice to add whip cream to a drink that comes with it in order to avoid a mistake. I then receive my drink with no whip cream. We drive around, and I enter the store requesting whip cream. Instead of offering to add whip cream I was told the store is closed and I needed to get back in the drive through lane to receive a new drink. There were several cars in line, and my family of 5 had to wait another 10 minutes to receive an expensive, already paid for cup of coffee. No empathy or apology was offered when we arrived back at the window, so I ultimately requested a refund and gave up my favorite drink. Mistakes happen but the service I received was...
