They did not careâ- Going home was more important than a buying customer
Three Cardinal Rules Of Customer Service
1 The Customer is ALWAYS right The Customer is NEVER wrong 3 Go back to Rule #1
I left my full badket â over $100 and will not go back to you store intil you fire the people who manage that location
And will tell all my shopping friends to stay away
Another well known marketing FACT
â a customer who has a good experience â- tell 3 peopleâ
And
â a customer who has a bad experience tells 10 or moreâ
When your staff values they personal needs more than EVERY customers needs âYou have the wrong Staff personnel â
It is not how you treat 99 out of 100 customers that builds your business â- It is how you treat the one difficult situation â- Tine and again that builds your customer base
There are numerous challenges to you business model ââ But you customer service attitude demonstrated this evening is a najor flaw and the on duty manager should be Fired after you deduct the value of the unpurchased items from his/her final paycheck and/or apologize to each vendor who had an item in my basket and lost the sale because of the staffâs inept treatment of customer buying Christmas Items

I am a big believer in writing positive reviews and don't believe I have ever written a negative review for any store but my experience with Gipsy Queen was so disheartening I don't want others to experience the same thing. I am a frequent shopper at Painted Tree Cinco Ranch but it was my first shopping experience at the store Gipsy Queen. I was shopping for Christmas items. I purchased a lot of great items from the other vendors there and was very pleased. I purchased a hair accessory at Gipsy Queen and the next day when I used it, the clip actually fell apart in my hand when putting it in my hair. I called Painted Tree and they were closing early that night for Christmas Eve. They suggested I come in when they opened back after Christmas and they would refund the price of the defective item. When I went back to Painted Tree they said they had to call the owner since now it was past the 48 hour mark to return an item (even though I had made a call to them within that time frame and explained the item broke) The owner at Gipsy Queen refused to offer a refund or exchange. End of conversation. I was shocked. I would never purchase anything again from Gipsy Queen. The merchandise is lower quality and especially for the price. I threw the item in the trash since it was not usable. Just be careful before you buy anything at Gipsy Queen because if you have an issue like I did, you will be stuck with the item and...

One of my sisters had mentioned this store obviously in a different area, but this one was the closest to my house, and I visited. I was not able to find an apron I was searching for, so I just started browsing around and didnât purchase anything. On my way out the alarm went off for some reason. I proceeded to exit. As am walking out to the sidewalk, a cashier/worker comes out to tell me I needed to come back in because the alarm had gone off and they needed to verify I wasnât taking anythproceed back in the store the alarm didnât go off anymore. She then tells me that if because the alarm went off, they needed to verify I didnât take anything. So I asked, what do you need, check my bag?(purse)? She responded yes. So, I handed over my bag. She starts opening zippers and finds a pair of old earrings that are obviously old with a Sherwin Williams paint sample, and says what about these earrings here.. I explained ,um those are old if you really look at them, and the paper that you think its a label đ·ïž is a sample for paint. As she just responded, sorry for this. Honestly what an embarrassing experience. Honestly my first and last time I...
