Ok, this place is super huge, it's not very easy to navigate unless you have either a safari guide with you or, you were the big winner on Super Market Sweep back in the 1900's... Don't get me wrong y'all, it has just about everything you need, it's cleanliness has Mr. Clean feelin' somewhat paranoid about his contract, it's just real massive. I went in to use their ladies room and when I stopped to ask where it was, the young lady who assisted me looked me in the eye and gave me step by step direction's like Like John Madden talking his team through a Hail Mary touchdown super bowl play, I just don't have the energy to be even kind of kidding. The young lady was very nice and attentive though so, no complaints here. They have handicap amenities, a map (lol), just joking, their produce is totally fresh and their meat section has so many different varieties of cuts and bone in or bone out, ladies, their cosmetic section looks like Sephora's twin sister, anyway; I liked it but, I don't live close enough to frequent it, but some of y'all do. So, get out and go check it out, you'll thank me later! Way to Shine HEB!! YOURE THE BOMB!! Here's 5 gorgeous...

Highly dispointed in the pharmacy department. What the 2 Pharmacists there did to my friends description was very unprofessional and ignorant. My friend has health conditions and her doctor prescribed her medicine .when she went to pick it up the pharmacist at HEB told her that her prescription had been cancelled. When she called the next day in search of an explanation the Pharmacist had quite the attitude and was extremely rude.Overall , it had terrible customer service. The Pharmacist told her that she called her doctor and informed her doctor about a medicine that she ASSUMED she was taking. She said it would interfere with the new medicine. She wasn't even taking it anymore. It wasn't the Pharmacist's responsibility to consult my friends doctor .She hadn't even consulted my friend ! In conclusion , My friend doesn't have the medicine she needs ,and the best of all ,her doctor is currently unreachable. My friend called to complaint, ridiculously, they said this is their policy to notify the doctor without consulting her ! Highly disappointed. Will not be...

We love H‑E‑B, but customer service or training of the employees seems to be lacking more and more. We come here every Sunday morning and have tried all different times, no difference. The employees with their red carts are simply dangerous! I have been hit twice and almost had my toes ran over once. I am not able to get to items in produce, because they park their cart directly in front of the produce counters. I can’t get to the meat, produce, or other items because stockers park their 2 carts directly in front of counters/displays. NONE of the employees ever say, “excuse me or oh I’m sorry” nothing! Then when you get to the bagging it’s awful a lot of the time, 6 big cans in one bag, tender vegetables under heavy ones, eggs put with everything else. We have even tried putting heavy stuff first then light, it does not matter. I even come home to cleaners in the same bag as food! I’m at the point of wondering if customers that walk in and shop and spend 300.00 to 400.00 a week even matter anymore. I typically don’t complain, but it is...

I used to enjoy HEB. However, like most companies now they claim their cost has gone way up. The store offers their store brand at higher prices than name brands, but doesn’t always stock the name brand. I understand the times we are living in, but stop taking advantage of the people that are keeping your doors open. Also be careful with the curbside. My wife used it for the first time and they loaded us up with items that were expired or one day away from expiring and in terrible shape. Such a shame. I was disappointed to have to drive back and get what we needed again. They don’t even offer a refund for those items without having to wait in a long customer service line to get it.

I’m in a rush to get food before work for because I got called in last minute so I decided to use self check out. The girl at the self checkout came up and looked into my cart and wouldn’t let me use it because I supposedly had more than 10 items. I guess they literally count every single vegetable. I had 3 beets and 3 green onions and 2 apples all in the same bags grouped together as you can see by my receipt so I had to wait in the ridiculous line and now im going to be late. This is ridiculous. The self check out was nearly empty there’s no reason to send me all the way to the busy lines over a technicality. What kind of weirdo counts every single fruit or vegetable in the bag??

Usually I go to the HEB on 290 and Barker Cypress. But I was over here at 360 repair so this is where I shopped. People are nice and all but not as much selection as the one on Barker Cypress. Then to top it off, why would you bag 2 bottles of wine in a single plastic bag? Was carrying it into the house and the bag split and it busted on my garage floor. $10.98 for a bottle of the XXL peach wasted. Double bagging heavier items is grocery bagging 101. Probably wont go to this location again even when I am at 360 repair.
