MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

We go to MOD pizza at least once a week and usually we have a good experience however the past two visits have resulted in unacceptable quality. My wife and I usually split an 11" MOD and get it half her way and half my way. Time before last ingredients were sloppily put on the pizza so some of my ingredients spilled over onto her side which included Gorgonzola cheese, which she hates. I also had my side topped with buffalo sauce and my instructions were to finish lightly on my side only. The employee proceeded to squirt a large amount of buffalo sauce over my half but also spilled over to a couple of slices on my wife's side. Tonight I didn't take a chance with the Gorgonzola or the buffalo sauce but they still managed to put tomatoes on the pizza instead of the roasted red peppers, of course that was on my wife's side of the pizza. And while handling out of the oven one of her slices lost all of it's toppings. I imagine the issue is that the college kids that were working there have gone back to school and those still there are just not as careful. Another huge complaint over the past two visits were long line of customers while they were working on To Go orders. They completely shut down the customers in the store. Last week they filled at least a dozen pizzas for phone or on-line orders while customers were standing out the door. Going to look for another...

This is really, really good, fast pizza. Not wood oven but it is a brick oven pizza. They will make your pizza any way you want it at no extra cost. We love the Mod with its thin crispy crust. They will even leave it in the oven a minute or two longer for a crisper crust. The sooner you can eat it the crispier it will be. Great habanero sauce and pesto condiment. Inexpensive and great food. You get to pick from a line like subway, anyway you want it. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They also have salads and just like the pizza you can pick what you want on it at no extra cost. They have soda drinks, bottled drinks, tea and more. You really need to try it. 7/5/2022 We have been many times since our first visit. We have never been disappointed. The manager, Sarah Pacilio is the glue and inspiration to her crew. She is always smiling, positive, and friendly. She is all about making an consistent product and customer satisfaction. It is not quite the same when she is not scheduled to work. Don't get me wrong, the crew does very well carrying on without her but again she is missed when she is not there. I really hate that they don't put the paper in the box under the pizza anymore though. Still this is my favorite location and we will deffenatly continue to eat there. Especially if Sarah is...

First time for the fam. Heard loads about this fast growing pizza joint but don’t get round to it too this week.

Brick oven style pizza. 3 kinds of crust to choose from- wheat, GF and cauliflower. Shame about the cauliflower crust .. fam has dairy allergies our world totally try this out. GF crust did not disappoint.

Fast paced order to make concept. Friendly. Reasonable team work. Casual atmosphere and service. Read about some low score reviews for this place. Did not experience that during this visit. Ordered the Mad Dog and Jasper on regular pizza crust with vegan cheese. All pizzas were piping hot and crusts all trained crispness.

Fam really happy with the GF Tristan. Crew please have everyone on the same page as to what has dairy and what hasn’t. Mod Pizza Pesto has dairy!! On that part, you scored low for confusing your customers and Thank God to some staff members for speaking up or you would have had a family in crisis….. never hurts to check and check again🙏🏽 Crucial to keep your business thriving and your customers safe and well fed!👍🏽❤️
