Starbucks — Restaurant in Texas

I drive 1h 30min to the area for my dentist appointments and the last time I was there the 2 girls there got my order wrong and I even tipped but didn’t realize it was wrong until later. Also realized I heard them laughing… not sure at what but it was sus. I complimented her too. (I usually do that on the daily) The girl said thank you but not when I tipped and she didn’t make eye contact with me and rushed me even though there wasn’t anyone behind me … except one car that pulled up right before I took off. I was way down 1960 when I realized my drink was wrong… :( so I paid 10 bucks for a grande drink I didn’t even like (that’s including tip) I was very disappointed and sad. it was kinda late and I already drove 2 hours from Nacogdoches so I didn’t feel like going back since I still had 1 1/2 hours of driving still.. BUT I stopped by today on my way back out of town and I talked to the shift supervisor and she was so nice and listened to my complaint. I wasn’t rude about it, just needed to express myself. She replaced the drink and even upgraded the size and I didn’t realize it until later ❤️ (the barista who made my drink was very nice too) the shift supervisor even asked if I wanted anything else. She was cool and said she would talk to the employee to try and solve it at the core. She’s good for a raise y’all 😋 haha but yeah I feel a lot better after that experience. Great job you guys I’ve been going to that location for years and it’s pretty awesome. Usually the employees are very nice. Glad that Starbucks provides benefits to them. At 8:32 pm I went for a tall Pike. They had already thrown away ALL their brewed coffee for the evening. This has happened to me at this location two times before this. I agreed to an Americano with an extra shot but when she rang it up she said I would be $4.67! Why so expensive for a TALL coffee? She said the Americano was $2.67 and the shot was $2 extra! I said it was NOT my fault they chose to throw away ALL the brewed coffee 28 minutes before closing, that because they did NOT have what I wanted they should substitute but charge me for a Tall Pike. She argued with me and said she had to charge me for the Americano, and I reminded her she was substituting my Pike because they opted to throw out all the brewed coffee 1/2 hour ahead of closing. I paid it and was done arguing with her. This location has repeatedly made my order incorrectly, time and again. I have gone around the block and gotten back in line for them to correct it. Now I taste it before I leave, and they have made it again for me. I am NOT picky, but as you can see from the other reviews, this is common for them. When you tell them "light half n half" the cup is half full of cream. You tell them to "add sugar" and they don't stir it, so all the sugar is at the bottom. I don't know anyone that adds sugar and half n half that doesn't stir their coffee! And if you order food, they don't give you any napkins. Why? This place needs...

I am a barista myself from a different Starbucks and as a barista I can say this store is very ill informed and lack customer compensation skills.

They ALWAYS MAKE MY DRINK WRONG!! I have ordered from Uber eats to get my drink from this place twice and both times they didn’t make my simple “dragon drink”right, first time they didn’t put any dragon pieces in it so it was stark white when I paid Uber eats 5$ extra (Uber eats charges .60 per scoop) to have 8 extra scoops in there!!! Second time they made it with water instead of coconut milk, and again didnt give me extra dragon pieces!! After the second time I came to them directly so I could have my drink remade and they proceeded to lie and act like it was the wrong store, before finally remaking my drink.

Then I come in today since covid 19 baristas are allowed a free drink and food item from any Starbucks location, yet when I asked for mine they wouldn’t give it to me, as if I was lying!!! Like check your Manuel!!! Then they hand me my drink and they didn’t even shake it!! It looked like throw up.

The only reason I go to this store at all is because my store is 45 min away from my house. Which I shouldn’t have to travel for my drink to be made properly. Please do not mess up my...
