My husband and I visited here this week for the first time and all I have to say is...wow! We have been searching for a great Mexican restaurant in the area for awhile now because...well I'll just say it...the options we have available here are not that great at all in my opinion! At all!! Yes I said it! 😩 What I absolutely love the most about this restaurant is the quality of food and their customer service...2 things that are extremely hard to find in the Atascocita area. From the moment we got out of our car, we experienced nothing but the best customer service...which is very refreshing because I'm sure a lot of us know that is very hard to find these days. A very nice hostess greeted us at the door and opened it for us when we got there as well as when we were leaving. I believe they do it for all of their customers. The overall service is just amazing and the food is even better. The owner pitches in (which I love!) and checks in on the customers as well and introduces himself. Small details like that I tend to pick up on. The food...oh man. The free chips and salsa they give you is incredible. It's warm, bold and full of flavor. They have weekly specials and happy hours specials as well! Also a huge menu with loads of options to choose from. The margaritas! So refreshing. The fajitas are amazing. Fresh ingredients. All of their food is seasoned to perfection. I couldn't say much because I was in so much shock by how good the food and service was. Did I mention it's all reasonably priced? Please check this place out and keep these guys around! We need more places like this over here! I wish every business could see the importance of customer service and consistency...the rest of you restaurants better take note because if Hacienda stays consistent, alot of their competitors will need to watch out! We will definitely be back and I highly, HIGHLY recommend everyone give them a try! If you like the mess we've been having over here...all I can say is...you don't know what good Mexican food is until you try theirs. Thank you so much again to all of the staff for their amazing work and delicious food. We will definitely be back! See you all soon! ♥️♥️♥️

Where do I start? After googling for a good Mexican restaraunt and reading the reviews we tried this place out. As the reviews said, the service was great, we were greeted by a friendly owner, who made sure our 1st experience was a memorable one. We started off with a chile con queso topped with pico de gallo along with flour chips. We also had chips with 2 different salsas to try. The cheese was delicious, i could not get enough. I ordered the Torta that came with fries. My wife ordered the California burrito. The torta was delicious with fresh bread as it should be. I have to be honest, I have ordered a few California burritos in my time, this was not the biggest 1 I have had but it was very good, filled with meat in every bite. It was definitly worth the money. A nice touch was the spicy salsa that you only get when requested, it packed some heat just like I like it, not for everyone. We also ordered their frozen drink called Mangonada and it was amazing!! We have not found a place in Houston that makes this drink this good, we usually drive to San Antonio for this. We will most definitly be back for 1 of their weekly specials. The plaza is under construction but dont let that be a deterent, you have to try this place out. Their patio makes a great addition. UPDATE: Round 2 was just as good as the 1st. We started with the guacamole that was very fresh & tasty. The Combo Enchiladas were amazing and could be my favotite dish so far. You got to see the pics to understand. We were so stuffed and satisfied but we couldnt say no to their desserts. OMG the churros were so good with 2 sauces n powdered sugar. I hav to say the TresLeches was absolutly delicious. A personal recipe from the owner. You cant miss out on it! We will be back for round 3! Cant wait, see you there. Round 3 we tried the fajitas for 1. They were tender and good. My wife ordered the Shrimp Brocette. We were pleased that both plated came out on sizzling plates. The homemade flour tortillas were delicious. Only 1 bad thing was the service was up to par as it had been, very disappointing. Food was great tho.

Hadn’t been in a while, but used to frequent often, so was coming to grab a bite on way home after having a taste for enchiladas. Verified what I wanted on the website on half price enchilada night (which is still on the menu online). Ordere, ate, and got the bill, which was then clearly not half price. Asked a server who I discovered was later the owner and very directly stated they don’t do that anymore. Full price is the price. OK with that, but it would’ve been more appropriate to consider the confusion and consider honoring what the customer thought was the case particularly because it is still listed as such on the website and their menu. Not the arguing and or demanding type, so didn’t make an issue of it and still paid what was owed, but tough way to lose customer over $8 or even just an kind apology for the confusion. Too many other options to be frustrated here…

Hacienda Los Arcos offers an exceptional dining experience that consistently impresses with its flavorful, generous, and well-priced offerings. The lunch menu, available from 11 AM to 4 PM daily, is particularly appealing thanks to its good prices and hearty portions.

On my latest visit, I indulged in the Chicken Enchilada “Dinner” plate, which was modestly priced at around $13. This dish included three succulent chicken enchiladas topped with a savory gravy sauce, accompanied by sides of rice and refried beans. The enchiladas were perfectly cooked, and the gravy sauce added a rich, comforting touch that enhanced the meal.

A standout feature at Hacienda Los Arcos is the complimentary chips and salsa served at the beginning of the meal. The chips always arrive fresh and crispy, perfect for scooping up the deliciously balanced red and green salsas. These salsas are a testament to the restaurant's expertise, offering a great mix of flavors without being overpowering in spice, making them a perfect starter for any meal.

Additionally, the restaurant offers a choice between White or Yellow Queso for dipping. Personally, the White Queso paired with sliced jalapeños is my favorite; it's creamy, flavorful, and adds a nice kick to the chips.

A friend of mine opted for the Chicken Fajita Bowl, which looked as delectable as it was hearty. The bowl was packed with vibrant flavors and, like my enchilada plate, was more than enough for one person, ensuring we both had leftovers to take home.

Overall, Hacienda Los Arcos is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious Mexican cuisine at great prices. The generous portions, excellent flavors, and friendly atmosphere make it an ideal spot for both quick lunches and relaxed dinners. Whether you're a fan of traditional dishes or looking to try something new, this restaurant will...
