Don't come here on the weekends, especially if you're using the app. Just spent 45 minutes waiting on a 2 sandwich order, 30 mins of which was spent physically in store. They couldn't bother to make my order, but they had time to get the 8 or so people that walked in during my time there. Placed an order at 1:24p, they called me at 1:34 from the location to confirm they were out of the bread selected and asked for a replacement. I sat in the shop around 1:45, waiting for my order. At 2:00 they asked me what I was waiting on, and I told them my pick up order. It was not the one they had completed, so the two ladies working dug through the 2 pending orders to find mine. They then asked what kind of bread I wanted because they were out. I told them my replacement, and reminded them they called me roughly a half hour earlier to confirm the change. My order was not in hand until after 2:10p. I'm pretty chill, but when I brought this up I was just met with apathy and "sorry, there's only two of us working. "
At least try to make it right if I have to spend almost an hour to get a 2 sandwich order out of your establishment, and don't patronize me trying to say it's short labor, that's not an excuse for not processing your...

Walked in the lady was in the back peaked her head out took another 3 mins to greet me, the ham looked weird so I asked her to give me some from the bottom. Before I left opened the sandwich the ham was brown and blue IT WAS NO GOOD. WHY are you serving this?? I went back in should have just asked for my money back but I asked if there was any more ham because the ham on my sandwich was no good. The lady asked another employee to bring a new ham from the back.. She proceed to take the old ham off my sandwich and put the new ham on the same sandwich that had old nasty meat that was touching the rest of the vegetables on the sandwich.. JUST NASTY!!!!!!!!!!! WHY do I have to ask you to fix me a new sandwich? My first and last at this location. Fast food workers most of them don't really care what their serving you. Please address this...

The store itself is spotless every time I come in – clean counters, tidy tables, and an all-around inviting atmosphere. It’s clear Mirna runs a tight ship and really cares about the customer experience.
