I purchase the new pepperoni crazy puffs at approximately 2:17. When I arrived to the store there was three people in line ahead of me. When I walked in no one greeted or came to the counter. Myrtle people walked in after me and no one still came to the counter nor stated “We will be right with you”. Another guy came in and attempted to pay with cash the guy immediately said we do not take cash. The guy skipped me and went straight to a guy that came in 15 mins after me. At around approximately 2:57 my order was still not finished. I then asked for my money back due to the online order saying it was in the oven at 2:36 but upon observation I seen absolutely nothing in the oven. A red head lady (supervisor) with an eye piercing to the left eye walked around the corner really fast and asked what was the problem. Concerns and asked for my money back she then screamed at me while throwing recipe on the counter saying “JUST LEAVE” in an aggressive manor. Read moreWorst customer service ever. Ordered a pizza online to get thru the pizza portal and got a confirmation that is would be ready between 6:50-6:55. It wasn't loaded in the portal until 7:15 and waited over an hour. Once it was loaded, no code sent. I tried to get someone's attention since the chashier was super busy and the man in the back talked to me like I was his child. I had politely asked if they can just give me my order because I haven't received the code and waited over an hour. Then the guy in a purple shirt came at me very defensively not knowing what was going on and talked to me like I couldn't comprehend that the code comes thru email. Then cashier wanted to put his 2 cents in and told me if I didn't like it, then I can leave.All I wanted was my order but couldn't get it because no code was sent and I had waited over an hour. At 8:10 p.m I got the email. Then the pizza was horribly made. I don't know if these males were feeling themselves or think they were talking to me how they talk to the females in their family but I wasn't having it. If this how business is operated, they won't be making money for long.I wouldn't recommend this location unless you are really desperate...

I found out when I arrived that they don't even start your order until you arrive and pay. What even is the purpose of online ordering? I ordered online, 20 minutes prior to arrival, of course my online response indicated that they were preparing my order. I arrived, paid, and waited 1 hour for my order. I ordered the Calzony meal, yet did not receive my Crazy Bread or my 2 Liter Diet Pepsi. I asked for a bag so I could get my 2 Liter out of the fridge myself. I got home and realized that I only had 8 chicken wings out of my 10-wing order. I not only did not receive my order of Crazy Bread with the Calzony meal, I was shorted on my Wing order.
