Taco Bell — Restaurant in Texas

RUN away!!! If there is ever a chance to give negative stars this place would get them all... not that anyone at the Brand level cares... I saw they mainly responded to the few good reviews they got. I have provided feedback through their survey a few times but nothing improves. They are slow and you can count on something always going wrong with your order. The food is many times subpar. Fries and chicken seem to be sitting in grease for ages. They are a Taco Bell also, so when you ask from the KFC menu, instead of their wedges, they just give the nasty TacoBell fries, usually cold and soggy. Placing an order through the drive thru is like pulling teeth. You have to repeat your order several times or wait until someone cares to take your order, period. Their customer service is horrible, including the manager. It took me about 20 minutes for them to take care of 2 cars that were prior to me. I placed my order after that woman who made me wait to take it, then was rushing me to complete. I get to the window and they say CASH only so at that point i just left and gave my business to someone else. This location needs a major overhaul when it comes to quality in food and service. They really need to fix...

This location should be close down if not then everyone here should be replace! To allow such lazy people to provide service to customer is a bad joke. Google review only allow me to give this location a one star as the lowest i can go to write a review but if it was my decision i would give them no star. As I am telling the gentleman in the drive thru my order he keeps interrupting me asking me if that is all, he continues to tell me to pull up to the window. Once I pulled to the window he asks for my order and tells me I shouldn’t cut in front of others cars & next time I had to wait for him to give me confirmation? Mind you he was the one telling me to pull up to the window, I proceed to tell him i did not cut any cars and he was the one the one that told me to pull to the next window, as I am telling him that he says “ I don’t have time for this have a good night and closed the window on me! He refused service because I was correcting his mistake ?! He closed the window and never came back I literally waited there for 10 minutes while other employees were just staring at me! I kept making signals for one of them to come to the window...

Used drive through. While they didn't get my 3 item order wrong. There were multiple issues. There was a wait I was told for limited time rattle snake fries. Was told to wait in parking lot for order. Took close to a 15 minutes wait. Was told they put "all" the taco Bell sauces in the bag when inquiring about sauces. There were none. Had to go inside. Defeating purpose of drive through. Didn't raise the issue. Just did a cursory item check then went home.

Now at home I checked more issues. They used some unknown chunky salsa type sauce on the Mexican pizza and they used taco filling instead of advertised steak for the rattle snake fries. Wholly making that item not limited time at all and a serious bait and switch. Will see how the follow up calls go. Not satisfied at all and one of the worst fast food...
